  It looks like that your subscription is associated with an Adobe ID different than that you connect to.

  Please sign out and then sign in with the same Adobe ID you used to sign up for the subscription.  When you do this, you will see the chat/phone support option and can get help with your subscription.

  I tried contacting Adobe via the Chat (never available) and UK support email address responds saying that it is "unmanned" and recommend then two links, who decide the 404 error.  Support infrastructure Adobe seems in some disorder and creative cloud became too intrusive, or at least it was until I migrated to a new mac and now it doesn't work at all.
