• need help audio filter effect

  I originally asked this on the Adobe Premiere Pro forum and they sent me here.

  I would like to take a short video clip of a crowd of people singing & have it go gradually normal audio to a low pass filter filter sound & melted. As if they were away in a corridor of echoy.

  How I do that? Thank you!

  The best way to do may be to make a completely transformed copy of the audio file with the low filter pass and reverberation. Then ask this on another audio track and cross melted between the original and processed audio tracks.

• Creating a gif file which is a progression of the filter effects

  I want to take a single image and create a gif from what is a sequence of images with a particular filter effect Photoshop from a maximum to zero effect.  For example, a Gaussian filter.  The initial frame would have a heavy Gaussian filter applied and the last image would have no filter applied.  I want that effect might take one or two seconds with 10 to 20 frames per second.

  I can't imagine this will be negligible or easy... This isn't my question.  My question is if anyone has suggestions on how to optimize the workflow in creating this effect.

  I'm a programmer and I did photoshop programs javascript in the past so far distant that could help, but I don't know if this project requires this level of effort.

  All this image to a gif file is the combination of composite layer.  A composite can be a single layer. So, make a layer. He fooled 20 times. Set 19 layer with 19 different setting of a particular filter. Then in the timeline palette, click make image animation.  Then in the drop-down palette, click on images made of layers. Then use save for web to save the animated gif.

  Find edges and CC Vector Blur with settings excessively overcranked will give such a look. Additional blur before the operation to find the edges may be involved, and of course to get multiple lines of 'height' you will work in 8 bit in support of quantification.

• Filter effect and layer the layer in the same Style vs the separate layers

  I set a photographic image and uses both a filter effect and a layer style in the same layer to a smart object.  I want to separate the two effects in two layers, one layer has the effect of filter (Nik) and a layer is the layer style (Chromakey) (in order to merge/pixelation unmerged Nik filter effect with the smart object but keeping the layer style).  I can make two layers and move an effect without problem, but the Visual result of each effect on a separate layer is very different for these two effects in the same layer.   For all my layers blending Mode is Normal.  In the color overlay Panel, the blending mode is linear burn.

  I don't understand why the Visual result is different.  I'm not an advanced user of Photoshop, so maybe I'm missing something.  It is a trial of CS6 I use.

  If you want two separate layers, and then click the layer duplicated with the color overlay layer style you can try different layers, blend modes.

  For example, below is looking the same the Chromakey with linear burn on the second layer and change the blending mode of layers in Hue.

  

  You can also put the layer in a group and apply the layer for the group style.

• Help! After effects alert (app will not open)

  Everytime I try and open after effects CC 2015 it gives me this -

  After warning of effects

  "After effects alert last log message was < 140735154459392 > < GPUManager > < 2 > Sniffer result Code: 7 generation crash log, which may take a few minutes."

  Then appears another thing that says

  Adobe after effects CC 2015 (13.6) quit unexpectedly

• Need help with filter ASAP!

  Hi all, I have this project with an approach of the date limit. Everything was fine when all of a sudden my sketch filters do not work. I'm turning a layer in a halftone using the filter halftone under the sketches taking place, but instead of making this mixed layer it just turns it white. I did it for a series of other images exactly the same way, and now he gives my problem. I still want to go back to one of the images I had already made half-hearted and tried to re - make, and it turns white. Very frustrating! I tried a different image, I tried to change the image format, I tried to adjust the slider and still nothing.

  So please if you have an idea what this could be and how to fix help! Thank you!

  

  Most likely the Toolbox Color chips are both set to white as you can see in the color Panel in your screenshot.

  Press the D key on the keyboard to reset the default Toolbox in black and white colors and then try again the filter.

• How can I find out what filter effect, I used on an image after that I have recorded?

  I used a series of filters that have given an image, a very cool pictorial quality - Impressionist painting.  I forgot what steps I took to get this effect.  I tried to go back and look at the history of the image, but who told me something since I already saved the image.  The finished photo looked like painted brushstrokes swirly with depth as you would get if you painted it in reality.

  I remember an old program as fractal painter used to have filters like this.  I don't think that Fractal painter even exist anymore.  Anyone know what I have done to get this effect, or how I can watch the image data to understand what I used filters?

  It resembles oil paint, but this filter is not included with CC 2014.  Is it possible that you did with the original CC?

  You can distort the line using a filter to strain or several different lines to draw and animate.

  You could use a Hue/Saturation or a black & white adjustment layer to make the image b & w (and a curves or levels of layer to change the contrast) and add a multiplier solid color layer.

  Or use a gradient layer of the map (black-red).
