I have Windows XP Pro SP3, after I shut down my computer one day and handed back upward, the look has changed to 'MY COMPUTER', they were prominent groups such as "Shared folders", "Hard drive" and "devices with removable storage". Now, the Group disappeared and all that remains is the drives and folders in a page layout, like how a regular all types one after the other. How to get back the old look with them separate?

I had to install a new computer. I moved the profile data as described here. A new folder (just the icon) appeared out of nowhere (it cannot be moved, renamed, deleted, etc.).
When I highlight a message and choose Message-> create message filters, I can't create a rule to move messages to a folder, as the area where I can choose the target folder is grayed and he says: 'no record available", that is not true, I have a lot of files and the existing rules that route incoming messages in the correct files (that have been set before the move).

Help! I looked at my files "backup", and now ALL my pictures are more 'related' to Lightroom.
I thought I was missing some files, so I looked at my backup files. I received a 'warning' that Lightroom would restart and display my backup files. I have NOT received any warning, that there is NO GOING BACK! I've tried everything. I can't add a link to ONE of my pictures. Well, I just did an and he told me all the other photos in the folder have been corrupted and Lightroom would not be able to edit (and no, it wasn't an exported .jpeg file). Fortunately, I am not concerned about this issue, that's why I tested it. I have moved all my pictures from my C drive on my D drive because for some reason strange on this computer, my D drive is 5 times bigger and I ran out of room. Background app colors are more uniform
Since the upgrade of the Sierra, web pages Chrome and the code editor backgrounds Atom are messy. Thanks for the upgrade to Mac OS Sierra! It seems like when you connect your external monitor to your Mac via HDMI, the Mac knows uniform color schemes. If this only happens when the external monitor is connected, you can try the reset NVRAM while it is disconnected from your Mac.
What is NVRAM?
A small amount of memory on your computer called "non-volatile random - access memory" or NVRAM, stores certain settings in a location that OS X can access quickly. Settings that are stored in NVRAM are dependent on the type of Mac you use and the types of devices on it.
Information stored in the NVRAM may include:
- The speaker volume
- Screen resolution

You can access event viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel, administrative tools, and Event Viewer. When searching for the meaning of the error, information about the event ID, Source and Description are important.
A tip for posting copies of error reports! Run Event Viewer and double-click the error you want to copy. You will see a button resembling two pages. Click on the button and close Event Viewer. This places a copy of the report to your Clipboard. Paste it into the body of your message. Make sure that it is the first dough right out of the event viewer.
Try Ctrl + Alt + Delete, select Task Manager, and then click the performance tab. Under Commit Charge, which is the Total, limit, and the pic?
You should be able to gather more information from the Task Manager. Open the process tab, select View, Select, columns and check the boxes before maximum memory usage and virtual memory size. What are the figures for the 6 process using larger quantities?
Select Start, all programs, accessories, System Tools, cleaning disk to emptying your trash, delete temporary Internet files and other selected options. I recommend also you click Other Options, System Restore and delete all but the last system restore point. Run Disk Defragmenter.
Using the system restore option is most appropriate when your system is slow and you need to increase the free disk space on your C partition. If you have errors that could be solved by using the system restore to your system settings back to before the error occurred initially do not use this option.
If more than one person uses the computer and they have their own user log you need to run Disk Cleanup in each user profile that you want to delete all the unwanted files.
A better program of disk cleanup is cCleaner but note that cCleaner will not manage system restore points. Remove the old restore points can be important if you have little free disk space. cCleaner comes with a registry tool. Do not use this tool as any registry cleaner could lead to the creation of very difficult to resolve system errors.

I unplugged the two hard drives power and SATA cables, bought a NEW (third) HD and installed, with only one new HD connected, with a full version of Windows Vista DVD in the CD/DVD drive, tried to boot Windows from scratch... still get the blue screen?

I was able to run the memory test and it came back without errors. I was not able to get to "repair your computer", as the beginning is never far away. When the computer reboots, it comes to the sequence: normal mobo beeps (five) than even that when the system was working fine... then I get the graph of the mobo splash screen EVGA P55 SLI,... then black screen with "Windows loading files"... which appears just above the loading bar (it looks like gage fuel fill from left to right).
Once the bar then "fills" Blue Screen of Death!
It's EXTREMELY frustrating because it was built for me by an employee of INTEL (very smart read), all latest drivers etc. Very little software loaded on the system. Most of the aid that I read guess you can operate within Windows already... Catch 22! I can't!
