  Update: according to me, this error occurs because of a few corrupted images, I tried to import. The guy I got the images from had renamed all... Ive addresses issues like this in the past. I don't think it's a problem first.

  2 choices

  1. launch the cd supplied with your device and choose
  change the synchronization method, and then click Synchronize with Microsoft Outlook

  2. go to start / all programs/palm or palm0ne/pim conduit
  synchronization/synchronization with Outlook on your computer

  If you use the software from the CD there should be a mixer included thereon. so even if you were not invited to choose between outlook and palm desktop, you can always on after installation if in case you want to.   If I'm not mistaken reference you the files are temporary files from the print job, you made and can be deleted safely.
