  Here is the solution, if you do not have to hunt around with invalid documents, phone numbers, etc... as if I had to.

  If you configure a printer offering eFax free, but when you create an account, eFax, the 'Create new account' button is gray, then here's what you do:

  1. Call eFax @ 1-800-287-3499 and select "Sales". Do not select "Customer Support" because it prompts you to enter your fax number, you do not. Tell the sales person the question and ask to be transferred to a customer support agent.

  2. Customer support agent will take information from you such as your zip code, your email, your hpeprint email address, type of printer and then open a ticket with a representative from hp for the configuration of the fax number.

  3. You should then receive a fax of test from the person who took your eFax number. You will get also an email with the information you need for eFax, including your fax number and your PIN.

  I just created a quote indented using ITC Garamond Book Italic with left and right margins altered. Well selected, I clicked on the + symbol in the paragraph, named the new Styles pop-up style Indented quote and you press return.

  Always selected in the body of the document, I applied the body paragraph Style to restore the normal formatting and then with the text again, the paragraph of citation Style indented - who worked as expected.

  If you want that your new Style of paragraph to survive across documents, you will need to save it in a model. You can also have two different Pages, documents open in Pages v5.6.1, and copy/paste the custom styles between the selected text in these documents by using the Format menu.

  Using BC4J in the model layer? If so, you might use an EL to the property of disabled button. Something like

  Replace in the binding attribute on your page (preferably the primary key of your form attribute).

  Adobe Reader does not allow to create PDF files - this is a PDF Viewer. If you are looking to create a PDF from a scanner, you can either use the software provided with the scanner, or, better yet, you can use Acrobat.   My problem is that I have a set of buttons in an Accordion component. Each button accordion relates to a dynamically created button already on the screen. Thus, 'Step 1' on the accordion can refer to "part 5". This info is organized as a string in the .data step button. If a user clicks on the 'Step 1' button, I want to change the style of "part 5", so I need to be able to reference these buttons according to XML in step 1 data.»

  Then I added my dictionary objects when they are created.

  When I was creating topics for my index finger, I saved the document after doing a subject - (because I had created topics yesterday and is not saved and lost all of my work) - when I tried to create a new item of the Index, the button wasn't dark - not active, so I was not able to add more topics to my Index. I rebooted my MacBook Pro (Mac OS X Version 10.6.8) and reopened my InDesign (Version 3.0.1) document and the palette Index box still lacks a button "Create a new item of the Index" assets to allow the action. I do not know how to do this - does anyone have any suggestions?

  I worked on the range of the Index of reference - adding items to the Index with a subject that I had already entered and when I went back to fashion topic, I noticed that the 'Create a new item of the Index' button is enabled - so I think everything is good now. Thanks for the forum.

  You must use the user / responsibility configured as the workflow administrator.

  The responsibility of the Admin to workflow, open the Administration tab - This will show you who is the administrator. Then open a session as long as this user or a user with this responsibility and the button will be there.

  It's me...! Now, I created some buttons using XML dynamically. They are spread around the stage, and I modified it a tooltip script to give each key a ToolTip on Mouse_Over. But is the logic and make it work using AS3 is hard (for me). I want a function that take parameters: Tooltip text and ToolTip object.

  In my code, I get this error msg on cast the function on dynamically created buttons:

  1118: constraint implied a value with flash.display:Sprite of static type of a type may be unrelated to flash.display:MovieClip.

  In my view, there is more than one thing here that need a fix.

  Can someone take a look and give me a pointer?

  The created two buttons dynamically MovieClips or Sprites?  Your contentTooltip function seeks a MovieClip.  When you get this error message from the compiler must point to a line to indicate the source (or something related to the source) of the problem.

  Additive... it is not advisable to place named functions within other functions.  It will be a good habit to break, if someone taught you to do.

  You have a common problem with Windows 7. The work that I and many others use is a utility called FileMenu Tools. You can download safely from this link: http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-SOFTWARE/System/System-Enhancements/FileMenu-Tools-Portable.shtml .

  After downloading, install the program. Each option is checked by default. I would be much more selective on this subject, otherwise your context menu will be a full page long! When the main window opens, you will see a list on the right side of all the elements that can be added to the context menu. Start weeding through the list and every one to take away, you don't need the United Nationsby checking the box.

  Once you have completed your selection (de-selections) make sure that you click the green check mark in the row of icons at the top of the left window of the interface to 'Apply' of your choice. The program can do much more, but that answers your specific question. I am told that the program has a good help file, so try here if you are interested.
