  You should be able to uninstall the viewers of add/remove programs. However, they don't take much space. You always have a half free hard drive so you're nowhere in the place where you need to worry about the free space on the hard drive. Another alternative is to buy an external hard drive and keep your image files on this. You can get a 500 GB drive for under $ 100. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  My MacBookPro died and I had to reboot time Machine. And, as has happened before, whenever disaster strikes me and I lose time and files, pious Adobe of me unlicensing and there are always 1-2 weeks to get my Adobe products working again. (Sorry for starting with a mug shot, but that's why I like Adobe products, but have learned to hate society).

  I have fire Fireworks + Dreamweaver + Flash CS4 bundle, and I know it must be reinstalled. And I expect to have to uninstall what is already on my drive.

  But when I ran Uninstall Adobe Flash CS4, it acted like it was remove some items, and then I got an error trying to delete almost everything. And when I look in my directories, applications are still there. I select the option not to remove preferences so I don't lose all my Dreamweaver settings for my servers.

  But that means that I was not able to uninstall applications, and my question is what should be deleted if I just drag the apps to the trash.

  In the past, it's the re - install which is practically impossible because my versions updates date of there 15 years and improvements originally, I was able to use one is no longer recognized. (So much for the promises that were given to us when the authorization was introduced in the apps: we wouldn't you worry about locked out apps that we have already - that this promise was not true.)

  If resettlement after manual removal of the files did not help, you might be better off fresh install of CS4 after a clean install of the operating system.

  I installed the trial version InDesign CC 2014 and now I can't remove it from my computer. I'm going to Control Panel/uninstall programs and I can not find it in the list. I looked in the installation folder of the program to a file which allows me to uninstall it and nothing. When I installed InDesign I also installed Adobe Creative cloud that I could remove without any problem, but I'm stuck with the InDesign. If someone can give me a solution... Thank you!

  New in Indesign, but use other Adobe stuff.

  Try to have a go of Indesign on a trial download of Adobe.

  Loads fine and all seems well until I have try and open it. When I downloaded the tick the box for the trial and not a product key, but when everything is done and I try and open Indesign, I can't even get into all the screens it just has a pop up window saying "License for this product has expired".

  Get very frustrated that tried this 3 times this afternoon and it takes forever to download again each time.

  All could give me a little advice in this please?

  You didn't reset the system clock, by chance, after the first installation? Used to murder trials and darkness doesn't always work (care of rinstalling again and again to avoid buying the license). What Tweak UI or any other utility to tweak system? It is possible, something like that could be messing with the registry and the origin of the problem of license.

  I'm running out of ideas, so if any of the walkers have a suggestion, jump in full.

  For what it's worth, CS4 is an excellent product and normally works very well. I have had no problem justifying the cost upgrade when it came out because it has increased my productivity. If you purchase a license, you will have at least a Support response technique Adobe when you call with an installation problem, and they can work with you on the phone who could help. On the other hand, if it is not a purchase of upgrade, or if she is, and you feel you can expect so cycle the normal version was 18-24 months it is likely, there will be an announcement for CS5 in the coming months. You can currently upgrade to CS4 from CS or later version, but given that the model I would expect that you would need CS2 or later to upgrade to CS5.

• I need help, uninstall a program

  I downloaded Hypercam of CNET and it came with the malware.  It redirected my browser, but I was able to fix this.  My problem now is that there is an icon on my desktop labeled "playing games." When I right click on it and select its properties I see this as the target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\FGIcon\Res\fantasticInst.exe.  My problem is that when I go to uninstall this program using the control panel / install or uninstall a program setting, this program is not listed.  How can I remove this program?  Are there other steps I have to take?  Norton said that everything is fine...

  No this isn't a stupid question. Looks like a piece of malware may be involved. First download and run these two scanners, quarantine and remove all infections they find:

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)
  • SuperAntiSpyware (FREE)

  Then a program uninstall 3rd - party may be what you need. I use and recommend free software IObit Uninstaller safely downloaded here: http://download.cnet.com/IObit-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-75161625.html .
