  Do not do text in Photoshop. Make the background image, save as PSD, go to InDesign, create a new document, place the PSD and make text ther. It causes the best quality with file size reduced.

  Resolution of the images is not DPI, it's the PPI.

  After a few weeks of scratches all about untangle sceurity perceived a few questions with email etc. - yesterday I belive I discovered a big problem and need some help please.

  I hope that I write from own machine because I believe that desktop home computers are compromised.

  Main PC is running XP and has a connection via a cable ethernet via a bt Home Hub2.

  Yetsrday while watching my network connections I noticed something called "Internet GATEWAY" above my LAN icon.

  It showed that I had been connected for over 2 days (a little more than 2 hours for the LAN) even when the PC off and was send/receive many packages and seemed much faster than my LAN. problem: I click on this & it won't let me log out or see properties / settings - I get a warning about 'connection is currently unavailable '... I really worry that it is someone else on my PC - is this right? How can I fix it? and it is a matter for the Police.? I'm really worried. Other symptoms, I noticed - my windows log on 'his' dissapraed a & in the event Manager-, there is no security - only since 2006 newspaper.  Very slow PC. Running SuperAntispyware - no problem after removing a Security Center option turn off a few days ago.  Really gratfeul l to help guys. Am at my wits end. Very garteful using anyones.  I guess that my internet connection and PC was hacked/compromised.

  To be clear, you remove all networking services, but just the part that detects and controls "gateways" as your router.  This removes the "Internet gateway" of network connections icon, but should not do something else.

  If a right click or double click on the "Internet gateway" just produced a message "connection is busy", which makes me think that something is not configured correctly - either the router (bt Home Hub) has turned off UPnP (or does not really support) or the UPnP in network services service is not installed, or something else.

  I don't think that someone else is controlling your connection, but as I said, the other symptoms you describe indicate a malware problem continues and you need to take steps to ensure that your machine is free from malware.

  I had the storm for about 3 months and im really frustrated and confused because don't know how else to use it as a phone and email verification. I want to use it as a PDA, but I don't know how!  I tried to download apps but after 4 apps, he told me that the phone has no more memory to download more.  I'm sure that the storm is made to have more than 4 apps, so I know im doing something wrong.  Please help...   Your AppMemory is very low... I recommend the following:

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  See what increases your free AppMemory. You may need to do it on an occasional basis - some do it once a day just to keep things as clean as possible. Others (like me) use an application called quick sweater to simulate a batt restart - shoot once per day.

  Regarding apps how it can manage - it is not a responsible question. It depends on the size of applications. Applications more large = less can be installed. Smaller apps = more can be installed. So it is really not possible to say that only 4 or 5 applications can be installed.

  I don't know if I can do the hard reset trouble maybe but I don't know how to do that without opening the laptop. I think probaply if I can boot from usb flash and bios update may fix.  (I had a problem with a computer acer laptop, always the screen was black and doing nothing, the technician help me update the new version of the bios with usb flash and fixed).

  I solve it. all day I try to fix it, and I did. I remove the hard drive and then I boot it and met... after that I have reconnected the hard drive and works normally. Thanks for your help and I think, this may help other users.

  If you put the text layer that has shadow top above the layer which is the cause, it will go away.

  If the effects of two layers are performing each other then you just put one on the other.  You need to go and fix it manually.  There are two ways to do this:

  (1) in the menu effects for shadows check the box that says 'layer mask hides effects '.  Then create a layer mask and simply hide the shadow where you don't want to.

  (2) put the layer with the shadow in a group and put on a mask of clipping on the group.  You can then paint in the shade.

  Stamp 3) visible, then layer mask.

  I wrote a javascript that uses various find/change GREP and text to copy text from the first two paragraphs of a document and use them elsewhere (in the head of the race and feet), and now I want to delete the first two paragraphs. Not sure how I would do. If I was doing a search/replace manual (with nothing selected) it would automatically choose the first para in the first text box, but when I run the following:

  app.findGrepPreferences.findWhat = "^.» + $» ;
  app.changeGrepPreferences.changeTo ="";
  app.activeDocument.changeGrep ();

  It is all the records and removes them. I was going to include the code twice; once to remove the first paragraph, then again to remove the other (first new) paragraph. My JS skills are weak, but I'm very uncomfortable with GREP. Can someone point me in the right direction for how I achieve what I want? If I made a loop for surely I would just do the same thing but more than once!

  Much to my surprise the rest of the script works even if it hurts my brain!

  The command 'changeGrep' is a 'change everything' - there is no equivalent of the buttons "change, following" and "find next".

  Normally, all that is necessary is to remove the first paragraph of a story asset is the following:

  myStory.paragraphs [0] .remove ();

  (and I'm sure you can work, because you are already copying him) but just for fun, you can try this solution Pure GREP:

  app.findGrepPreferences.findWhat = "\A.*\r";

  Once again replacing it with nothing.

  I use the code from Rachel Andrew CSS Anthology. Its for a presentation of 2 columns but I just need some kind I played a bit with. At one point, I got the text of work how I wanted but played a little more and I forgot what the tag actually did it

• Need help with the text variables

  I have a directory to which is more than 300 pages long.

  Each entry begins with a photo in a built-in framework shaped like a cat fall, followed by a space en dash and then the name, company, address, e-mail, etc.. Essentially, we have a photo hanging to the left and on the right information.

  The name is the last name in capital letters, first name and middle name propercase. I've defined a character style "Dict Head" and used in a paragraph style as style nested through 3 characters.

  Then, I defined a two text for the instance variable first and last instance on the page of the character style "Dict Head". I have a hyphen between the two variables (the goal is at the head of the race be "AAR - ABE," for example). The application, however, includes space en with three letters.

  I did a GREP search for space en with the applied character style and replaced it with himself, and < None > character style applied and which does not seem to get rid of. My current title looks like this " AAR - ABE." With invisible on I see the en space is still there.

  I deleted the text variables, exported a. File INX, opened soft and recreated the text variables and the spaces are still there.

  I'm open to suggestion.

  It seems ID brings together up to three regular characters with which nesting style... (Okay - just tried and the original en-space is also considered to be a 'character' for this number of three.) No matter what... read more, please)

  You can not delete a character with your search and replace nested style. Try it - ID can be found but not change it to [anything].

  Possible workaround would be to not use the style nested to mark the names and put the character marker using a GREP search and replacement style.

  The first page asks you name etc., and on the second page, I want to say "Welcome"+ username "!" -This kind of thing...
  The problem is that I can't seem to keep the values of dynamic text through the pages.
  
  I can get it to repeat the entry on the first page with this code:

  However when I call on the second page it is not defined:

  If your textfield (_root.firstname_repeat) does not exist on the 2nd frame, its text property will be indefinite.

  to remedy, or extend the existence of your textfield in frameworks or use a variable to store its text property (in your manager onChanged) and use this variable to retrieve the value you need.

  Create a variable of refreshment REFRESH_VAR with query below.

  Select TO_CHAR (ADD_MONTHS (SYSDATE-1), "MON_YYYY") of the double

  Then drag this variable in the package and set it as step 1. Then, drag the interface (table to file). Save the package.

  Now open the file data store which was used as a target and higher of the interface.

  In the resource name field, change it to something like below.

  PREFIX_FILE_NAME #REFRESH_VAR.txt

  Save and run the interface. You should now see the file with the month and year as the file name suffix.
