  No, you use the Desktop Manager > switch device Wizard. It will move everything you need.

  To the media card, switch between devices, cards OR copy your files to the PC and then the new, or BB to BB if you have both plugged into the USB port.

  Hello! When I did my last OS change my AP app started acting weird. I had the rear connection problems, and the keyboard is stuck on the screen without the possibility to hide. I contacted CS who suggested that delete, delete APP world, do a sweater batt and re - install both. Well, I always have the same problem with the application.   Try this with the soft AP...

  On your device, go to Options > Advanced > Applications > new AP (or whatever his name is)...

  Highlight the name of the application and only select, just highlight this line > Menu > turn off the Compatibility Mode.

  I just got this blackberry for my birthday and it doesn't have msn messenger top and it says for att that it available but I can't find to download anywhere and since I don't have webservice my phone I can't use my phone links to get it and I can't find anywhere eles to download so I could just use Desktop Manager to put it on the phone.   Before when I got on the phone, I could connect to AIM without problem. I didn't use my blackberry and go to another phone. A few weeks ago I started using again and everything on the phone and all the apps that I downloaded work correctly. Except when I sign into the LENS, it tries to connect and then I get a message saying "internal error please try again" I do and still the same message. I then noticed that my version of AIM was different from that in the world of the app, so I've updated. As soon as it was installed, it worked and I was able to connect to AIM. This morning I tried to sign back in and new message "internal error!"

  I tried all reboot the phone by removing the battery while the phone is turned on and nothing works. Can someone tell me what is happening and how I can fix this message? I noticed a few people left comments in the app world and nobody seems to know whats going on. Please let me know what we can do, thanks!

  Finally found a solution to this problem, that nobody seemed to know... I basically deleted GOAL completely out of my blackberry, let it restart because it automatically does that, I then remove the battery while the phone is on, try to leave as few minutes, reinsert the battery and reinstalled AIM once again and it works now!

  I can't be signed any day without it the kick me offline... so for all those who was getting the same error message try this and it works!

  Looks like you got Google Maps put in "compatibility" Mode As a result, half of the screen keyboard all the time.

  Find and click the 'Options '. Then click on 'Advanced Options', then click 'Applications', 'Google Maps' discovery and highlight do not click it. Then press the BB menu button and select "Disable the Compatibility Mode". Then back out and try again 'Google Maps'.
