Help with Photoshop cs6
I have photoshop cs6 on Macbook. Pay £500 for this privaliage! However, I recently became allergic to nickel found in my macbook and can use it is no longer! Now, I can't use my photoshop because it is not a windows disc? Can someone help me because I don't want to pay more money but miss my photoshop! Thank you for all suggestions/help!

Help with Photoshop CS6 Console Log (MacOS)
Hello! For some odd reason, I can't run much of native plug-ins cs (i.e. "save for web", 'Correction of the lens', 'Filter Gallery', etc..) I checked the plug-ins folder and file permissions, and everything seems to be in order. However, I am constantly this message "assertion failed" in my log file of Mac OSX Console whenever I try to use any one of these plug-ins.

With Photoshop CS6 on my iMac, I got an error message on the Setup with error # 1. He suggested deleting PS CS6 and then re - install. Idid, reinstall using Time Machine. Then, I got the same error message. I recently changed my OS to El Capitan.

I'm retouching of images taken on my iPhone 6 more with Photoshop CS6. I'm doing my color correction and add effects and all that. Before you export the image I review and be sure to what I has no more sharpness and the lines are smooth and it looks good overall. I export it to JPEG, max quality with the establishment of reference standards. I then open the image and it seems fine, as it did in photoshop. My problems begin to occur when I try to download on Twitter as my profile picture. I tried downloading from my office directly on the site via google chrome. When I download the image then begins to have jagged edges and overlooks the tablets. So I thought it was some performance settings, then I tweaked them and restarted a couple of times and still the same result. He would go on my desk but when uploaded to twitter as my profile picture is horrible. So I tried emailing the image of myself and the download through my phone. I opened the image on my iphone and it seemed fine as he did on my desktop but when I downloaded the image it makes then look blurry. I had this problem when downloading photos Twitter via my iphone, so it doesn't surprise me. I have read different forums saying: you must download it from the office, so I thought it would work like this. This could be a problem of twitter than compresses uploaded photos? Other people can do very much the same way, but it does not work for me. Please someone help me before I put my computer in an oven microwave.

If you are not able to open the Photos App images directly in Photoshop then, this is the expected behavior as App Photos does not allow for any third-party application interact with it directly.
You must export images from the Photos App and then open in Photoshop.

Need with Photoshop CS6 13.0 slow down when you use MANY fonts.

I have problems with my installation of Photoshop CS6 extended 13.0. I have a large collection of fonts (more than 9000 - no joke) and Photoshop slows down bad whenever I do something that requires the use of the fonts/typing/text handling. I tried to disable the font previews. Photoshop is still too slow. I found and have additional questions about my situation:
- Is there a way to mitigate the slowdown in Photoshop when something related to fonts?
- Will be updated to the latest version of CS6 help? I should even try to update?
- I have to reduce the number of fonts activated? If so, what is a good number to aim for?
- Any advice on the management of fonts? The thread mentions Typekit - I do not have a full subscription to CC. Other tools of management of good police (preferably free) that you can recommend?

Not really sure what to tell you. Using a lot of fonts is a serious drain on system resources. How long does Photoshop take to open? Some time I think.
TypeKit used to be a wonderful resource, but it has become very limited, if you only plan to photograph, and it would do precisely nothing to the management of your 9000 fonts. Not a garbage.
I used TypeDNA for awhile and well liked.

If I myself remember well touch sensitivity was introduced with Windows 8 and improved in point 8.1, so I doubt if a touchscreen monitor would work. You could easily use a graphics tablet, but enjoy the extra convenience of drawing on a screen with a science-based application.

Try another card and card reader. Also, be sure to try to use the Finder to copy files directly from your card to hard drive, if you aren't already. Using the software provided a camera to transfer has been known to corrupt raw files.
