  Buy Photoshop CS6 - this is a version of the student. Has proven my eligibility, got my serial number and engaged in the installation process. The program installs completely, and then gives me the option to open the program. When I click on the application to run it, it crashes. I updated my software and restarted my computer. Always does the same thing. I have a MacBook Pro OS X 10.6.8 with 4 GB of memory. The processor is Intel Core i5 at 2.3 GHz.

  If the program is not able to work on my Mac version, is it possible to exchange the student version for CS5? I spent a lot of money on it and I'm really stressed out. Need to work as soon as possible. Thanks for any help in advance!

  I can't transfer the CS4 on my new computer.  I installed CS4 from my backup on a separate reader disk, but when I went to open one of the apps I got an error code 150.30.  so I chatted with support and they suggested download ADBESTMCS4_LS1.dmg I did it but there are only a few apps available.  Photoshop etc. were all absent.
