  It could be a lot of things.

  Click on the Messages icon, then press the menu key and select display folder.  If you scroll through the records one by one, you should be able to locate the message.

  I looked everywhere for an answer to what is the indicator of status and have not yet found. I have a status indicator that bears a number 1 in front of a circle with a left down, arrowhead and a red Asterix. I'm sure it is some kind of download and 1 shall indicate 1 something. But I'll be darn if I can understand what it refers is need to download. It is not the messaging or media that I can tell. You can provide any help will be greatly appreciated

  Woo-Hoo - finally found, I went to the downloads folder and it is that the Blackberry Apps World has had an update. It is purely by selecting the program and he came to say that an update was available. Once I downloaded it, the status indicator is off.   The best thing to do is to search the files on your phone to the message of guilty.

  While on your home screen, click the Messages icon and then press the menu button and select folder Vew.  Scroll through each folder and look for the message.  A couple of obvious to try would be Messages Browser and WAP Push, but make sure to look in each folder, if you don't see it in them.

  However, it is unlikely that you have a virus. There are zero viruses documented for BBs. zero. However, regardless of the problem, a wipe and reload your operating system can be useful. You must also make sure that you are on the latest OS for your model of BB. You can see that different carriers download pages through this Portal:

  It's a push browser message if it is blue.
  If it's yellow, it's a WAP push message.

  1. open your main message folder.
  2. press the Menu button (on the left of the trackball).
  3. click on view files.
  4. click on browser Push (or WAP Push Messages) messages.
  5. read or remove the messsage.

  (1) to remove from your BB AppWorld

  • KB10040 How to view or delete applications on a BlackBerry smartphone

  You must perform an erasure of security on one of the device and use a new ID of full BlackBerry on this particular device. It will allow you to use these two as different. So, first make a backup of your device in which you will complete these step and then follow this KB and use a new BlackBerryID:

• Sync memo/Notes with BDS for MAC-blackBerry Smartphones

  I'm having a problem with my notes/memos with MAC BDS synchronization.   Some of the old memos that had been deleted before appear on BB memos (and not on the notes to MAC) after a sync.   I re - removes unwanted on BB memo, sync and everything seems good (the meaing notes on MAC and memos on BB are synchronized correctly) overnight where synchronisation would bring back the old memos on the BB again.

  The issue I had with my old Bold 9700 (OS6) and the new Bold 9900 (OS7).

  Can someone please help with this nagging problem?  Thank you for your help in advance.

  I suggest go to device > forget device in BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Try to shut down BlackBerry Desktop software and re - open and connect via the USB port and configure the synchronization again and test it a few times to make sure it's working properly.
