  While white is not used for another part of your chart, it will work fine. When you save the file as a gif file, it will allow you to specify the color that should be transparent.

  It could be a lot of things.

  Click on the Messages icon, then press the menu key and select display folder.  If you scroll through the records one by one, you should be able to locate the message.

• Problems/help with animated GIF export

  I am an experienced user of Photoshop.  I've recently upgraded to CS5 (Windows) and have sought to produce animated GIFS.

  After reading some tutorials on the subject, I was able to:

  Create a PSD with some images of jpg in the form of layers;

  Move the layers in the animation window;

  The cycle time and optimize the animation window. and,

  The levels of peripheral dialogue Web backup to create the GIF file.

  Everything seems to be normal throughout this process.  However, the exported GIF file appears as a grey frame dark when I open it in Internet Explorer, or download it on my site of images.

  Does anyone else know this type of problem?

  I can't help thinking that there could be problems with the settings that you selected in the dialog box peripheral & Web...  Could you capture your screen in this dialog box and show what you got there?

• Help with unknown status indicator blackBerry Smartphones

  I looked everywhere for an answer to what is the indicator of status and have not yet found. I have a status indicator that bears a number 1 in front of a circle with a left down, arrowhead and a red Asterix. I'm sure it is some kind of download and 1 shall indicate 1 something.   Woo-Hoo - finally found, I went to the downloads folder and it is that the Blackberry Apps World has had an update. It is purely by selecting the program and he came to say that an update was available. Once I downloaded it, the status indicator is off.   However, it is unlikely that you have a virus. There are zero viruses documented for BBs. zero. However, regardless of the problem, a wipe and reload your operating system can be useful.   You must perform an erasure of security on one of the device and use a new ID of full BlackBerry on this particular device. It will allow you to use these two as different. So, first make a backup of your device in which you will complete these step and then follow this KB and use a new BlackBerryID:

• Firefox slows down when opening a site with animated gifs

  After FF4 update, I find that whenever I try to open a page that has several on this animated gifs, firefox slows down a lot. The CPU usage goes up to 50-75% and all animated gifs are moving really slow.

  It is not only large animated gifs, but it occurs also on the forums that have animated smileys. I never had this problem in FF 3.6 neither another browser (IE, Chrome, Safari). If I start FF4.0 without modules or plugins it does the same thing. Even with a new facility. Does anyone have a solution to his problem? Since I can't use some of my favorite now with FF sites, without my pc slow everything down.

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the Add-ons is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Modules > themes).

  • Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.

  Safe mode disables extensions in Firefox 4, and disables hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.
