"helpasst.dll reinstall myDAQ".

Hi all

I'm having some trouble with Labview recognizing the myDAQ I use.

I used a front myDAQ on my laptop with zero problems, and when I tried to reconnect, my laptop would not install the drivers correctly.

I then uninstalled all the software of NOR and them recharged via the CD that came with the myDAQ, which did not allow the correct installation of the myDAQ because she is visible in "Device Manager".

The question I have now is when I opened a VI, double-click the DAQ ASSISTANT to change certain properties, I get an error that reads "not found Helpasst.dll. Reinstall OR myDAQmx. »

I followed a few steps listed in the following forum:

http://forums.NI.com/T5/academic-hardware-products-Elvis/ElvisMX-no-supported-devices-doesn-t-see-my...

I'm not sure what to do next.

Richard,

My first troubleshooting suggestion would be to reinstall the drivers for the device of myDAQ, which are called pilots DAQmx. These should update the problems of such files from the missing DLL error, you are experiencing. Here is the link for the download of the latest version.

    =============================================================================
There are different ways that ntdll.dll errors can appear on your computer.
Ntdll.dll errors can be caused by a number of different things that translate into many different error messages, but some of the more common ones are listed below:

    • "STOP: 0xC0000221 unknown hard error C:\Winnt\System32\Ntdll.dll.
    • "STOP: C0000221 error material unknown \SystemRoot\System32\ntdll.dll.
    • "AppName: [NAME OF PROGRAM] ModName: ntdll.dll.
    • "[PROGRAM NAME] has caused an error in module NTDLL. DLL at [FULL ADDRESS]"
    • "Crash caused in ntdll.dll!
    • "NTDLL. DLL error! »
    • «Unhandled exception address [ANY] (NTDLL.» (DLL).

Ntdll.dll error messages can appear before or after a program is used, while a program is ongoing, when Windows is started or stopped, or even during a Windows installation.

    Cause of Ntdll.dll errors
The causes of ntdll.dll error messages can vary considerably. However, most of the ntdll.dll errors result from a corrupted or damaged file ntdll.dll version itself, corrupt hardware drivers, or issues between Windows and other programs.
Ntdll.dll errors can sometimes mean that a piece of hardware in your computer is faulty, but this is rare.

    How to fix Ntdll.dll errors:

    1. Restart your computer: the ntdll.dll error you receive may be due to a one-time, temporary issue and a simple reboot may solve the problem completely.
    2. Reinstall the program if the ntdll.dll error only when you use a program.

If the software updates or service packs available, install them too. Software programmers may have identified an issue with the program that caused the ntdll.dll error and then issues a patch.

Note: Software of third party that have been installed on your computer are almost always the cause of errors in ntdll.dll. The rest of these troubleshooting steps to solve the problems of ntdll.dll that rarely.

  • Check the windows service pack level you use, and consult the Microsoft support site to see if there is a service available for installing the newest pack. Some of the issues that caused the ntdll.dll errors have been corrected in these service packs from Microsoft.
  • Disable Add-ons from Internet Explorer selectively: If your ntdll.dll error appears when you start, run or close Internet Explorer, an add-on may be causing the problem. Deactivation of each module, one by one, will determine what add-on is the culprit (if any).

Note: As a solution, assuming that the ntdll.dll error is really Internet Explorer related, install and use a competing browser like Firefox.

  • Rename the NLSPATH system variable: If your Windows system does not have this environment variable, skip this step.

Note: It is a step of troubleshooting for this issue only. Don't forget to put this way its original name, if this does not solve the problem of ntdll.dll.

  • Turn off the Data Execution Prevention for Explorer.exe: as in the previous step, this is for troubleshooting only the question of ntdll.dll. If this does not resolve the problem, return the Data Execution Prevention settings to their previous settings.
  • Update the drivers for any hardware in your computer where the updated drivers are available. Out-of-date drivers sometimes cause errors of ntdll.dll.
  • Test your memory for damage: If you receive messages from ntdll.dll, one possible cause could be a memory module in your system. Test your memory will be either identify a problem or clear your RAM from liability.

Replace your memory in the event of failure of your tests.

  • Ntdll.dll errors may occur if you have an Iomega Zip drive on the same IDE cable as the hard drive inside your computer. If so, move the Zip drive to a dedicated IDE controller.
  • Replace the IDE cable connect the hard drive to the motherboard. If this cable is damaged or defective, one of the symptoms could be the ntdll.dll error you see.
  • Repair your Windows installation: If the resettlement of individual software fail to solve the problem, a Windows repair installation overwrites the ntdll.dll file.
  • Perform a new installation of Windows: a new installation will completely remove Windows from your PC and reinstall from scratch. I do not recommend this option unless you have exhausted all the previous troubleshooting ideas and you are comfortable that the ntdll.dll error is not caused by a single program (step 2).

Note: If a single program or plugin causes the ntdll.dll, reinstalling Windows and then reinstall all the software even can lead you right to the same ntdll.dll error.

  • Although extremely rare, if everything else failed, including the facility clean at the last step, you might be dealing with a hardware problem with your hard drive.

If so, replace the hard disk and then perform a new installation of Windows.

  • Recover the ground computer serial No.

    Howdy,

One of our machines crashed recently, and tried to rebuild it. I was able to recover the hard drive, but I need the serial number that the computer used for LabView, so that I can reinstall it.

When you browse the old program files, all I can find is the license files (Shared\License Manager\Licenses), but I can't find a serial number.

I tried to run \Shared\License Manager\Bin nlimUtil, but it is said that there is a Helpasst.DLL and I need to reinstall the software.

Is there a way to retrieve the serial number from here? Or use these license to install/activate LabView files when I reinstall?

  • Blue screen: Stop: C0000135 {component impossible not found}

My computer has been restarted because my AVG said there were new updates and then a blue screen appeared and has this message:

"Stop: c0000135 {Unable component not found}" this application was not to start because MSVCR80.dll. reinstalling the application may fix this problem. ' "

I don't know how to fix it... help please!

    I found a solution.

    (1) create a copy of the disk recovery AVG (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/226386)

    (2) start from the disc, then go to the file manager. Follow the same steps as in this thread: http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-free-forum?sec=thread&act=show&id=94159 but instead to rename the .dll and .sys files, just navigate your programs (x 86) directory and rename the whole file of AVG to something else.

    (3) from there, just restart your machine and it should boot normally.

It is the best solution you will find until AVG releases a permanent solution.

  • Error message: "CARDS.dll is missing from your computer", when reinstalling Freecell.exe

Original title: Reinstall Freecell.exe and CARDS.dll

I permanently deleted freecell.exe from my computer at home about 3 months ago since I played him too much. [It is not in the Recycle Bin, but permanently deleted.]

It may be slightly addictive, see.

Now I want that he return!

I copied freecell.exe of my employer's computer to my home computer, but whenever I click on the icon, I get the message error "CARDS.dll is missing from your computer."

I looked for where I could get this dll on the net file, for example, Microsoft, but only get directed to sites who want to scan my registry until they give me the download, and I'm just wary of them and their peers.

I guess my basic question is: how to find a good copy of the CARDS.dll file and put it in the right place on my home computer.

I have my original purchase recovery discs, but I hesitate to start with there rooting.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Program cannot start because wlidcli.dll is missing. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I'm trying to set up parental controls for my son.  I get this error at all times and must go to the process in the Task Manager to get the message to stop appearing.  I installed twice things of all Live essentials - all of them even if I don't want or need all - and still get this error message.

When I go to the website of parental controls and select WLFS in the box for additional controls and then click user account from my son a pop-up message appears and disappears so fast, that I do not see what is the error message.

    How can I fix it?
