  It is not much good news to offer.  The first reference below is probably your only shot without making a purchase, unless you could find someone to transfer licenses with.

  You will not be able to install a version of Windows on the Mac, unless you install a software emulation of Windows on the Mac.

  You will not be able to activate a Mac version of the software on the computer because your license/serial number is only valid for Windows.

  CS5 is too old to qualify for a swap of platform and Adobe sells more CS5 so you should try your luck with a third-party provider, if you have decided to buy a Mac version.

  Just to clarify, there is no such thing as a version student software... the license imposes the status of the software.  If you are unable to find a version of the student is
