  If this does not work, follow the steps below and check:

     Then a few solutions that worked is to install and erarlier version of iTunes as there have been some problems with version 10.

     If you work with Microsoft supports a call, it would be better to continue with this support.

     Otherwise, I would contact Apple for support of iTunes.

  You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software.
