Hi I try to get assistance with a receipt lost and the fact that on the date of receipt, Adobe took twice the amount smame on

Hi I had lost a receipt for October 17, 2013 that we could recover from Adobe however on the same date the same amount had been caught twice.

I got 1 and it is very good but we need a refund on the second.


Case 0218208111 of what we worked on.


I sent the the information with a copy of the bank statement yesterday and I got a response saying the case had been closed earlier.
