  I had a hide / show region on my page. I want to hide this default region (on each page load).
  In fact, it is open by default.
  How can I get that?

  First run page using firefox or chrome and identify the name of the region, i.e. the #REGION_ID # in the model translates into something like "region5" when rendering.

  Change Page, in the section Javascript executed when the Page loads, enter the following command

  hideShow ('region5', 'shIMG5', '', '');

  This should toggle the current show / hide mode.

  You can simply set the display state of your regions.

  - Edit dept10 region set condition [item / column = value]
  - Expression 1
         p_dept
  - Expression 2
         10
  

  Do the same for the dept20 region

  - Edit dept20 region set condition [item / column = value]
  - Expression 1
         p_dept
  - Expression 2
         20
  

  When you submit a page, your selected items will be defined in the session if you do not need to pass any parameter.

• When I run Fix it is indicates a problem with Windows Update, says that it suits him but will show the same failure over and over

  So, in the report of the IR, I want pick capable of showing a unit in time.

  For example

  Radio Group.

  Ground speed: (*) km/h () Mhp (Knt)

  Vertical speed: (*) ft/s (m/s)

  Can anyone help to build a code or point a direction to get above result?

  There are different ways to do this. Probably the easiest would be:

  1. Create lists of values (LOVs) for units.
  2. Add the elements of the Group of radio -based unity LOVs report interactive region (IR), by specifying one of the units as a default value.
  3. Present the radio group via the Items property of the Page to send IR region.
  4. Create multi-column report for each metric combination / unit.
  5. Control the display of the report columns (applies to IR, but also classic report columns) conditionally using value of element in the Expression 1 = Expression 2 conditions Expression 1 is the group element of relevant radio and Expression 2 unit LOV value corresponding to that used in the column of the report.
  6. Add a dynamic action on the evolution of the components of the radio to refresh the IR region.

  A less obvious approach would also use LOVs, group radio elements and dynamic action of change/update as above, but only have one column for each measure in the report. The column value is calculated using an expression based on the value of the radio group, for example:

• Hide or show rows in the table with AppleScript?

  I have a large table number, and I sometimes want to display the entire table and sometimes select a group of lines to hide or show, to make the display of data more convenient.

  By selecting many rows to hide is tedious (there are many, and they are not contiguous).  So I would use AppleScript to do this.  But in the numbers AppleScript dictionary, I don't see any way to apply an attribute "hidden" in rows, columns or beaches.  Y at - it a trick I'm missing?  Or it simply not exist in the current implementation?

  AFAIK, you can't hide a line or set a height of 0 using AppleScript, although I suggested that any time via numbers of > provide comments numbers in the menu.

  What you could do is filter the table to hide the lines, probably by adding a column filter designating the lines that you want to see (or, conversely, hide).  This filter can be turned on and off via AppleScript using the filtered table property, although it would probably be easier to do via the integrated interface.

  Right-click on one of your buttons and select Create-> Node-> Visible property.  You now have a way to make this button visible or not.  I recommend that you use a structure of the event and create a case of change of the value of the button control.  Fair value of the visible property of your other buttons according to the value.

• Hide/show the ObjectChoiceField...

  I have a screen that has hierarchical menus (ObjectChoiceFields).  For example, category, subcategory, and Type.

  Type of choice will fill a selection of the subcategory.  Same subcategory will be filled based on the selection of the category.  In some case there is no subcategories and Types for certain categories and so on for the subcategories.  In this scenario, OS 5 and above to show the space reserved for the empty ObjectChoiceFields.

  Is it possible to hide when I don't need them and show them only when I need it?

  I really apprecaite your answer.  If the solution is little complex so please give me an example on how to do it because I'm still growing in this area.

  It's actually a pretty common question.

  You can dynamically add and remove fields from managers, and when you do, these managers are re-built-out.

  It means finding a way to determine when you should add and/or remove the category and Type.  You can do this with a FieldChangeListener on the category field, will get called whenever the user switches to another choice in the categories available, you can add and delete (and repopulate) fields then, according to the selected index.

  The next problem is where to 'Add' them.  Normally, you just make one

  . Add ();

  but who's going to the field at the bottom of the Manager.  Another option is

  . Insert (, index);

  That you will get through the fields to the right place.

  How do detect you if the area has indeed been added.  General, I do the following

  Manager m = . getManager().

  If (m == null) {}

  has not been added

  } else {}

  has been added

  }

  You can try to use Lightbox composition and then insert balloon in the container box.

  In the ToolTip settings, select stacked position and transition as vertical, it would be a similar effect as you mentioned. Organize the legend, the buttons of navigation in the same area when it should appear as inline.
