  You can save contacts with some third-party application such as Backup Pro or Ultimate Backup, found in your AppWorld. Then once you are sure that you have backed up, wipe your local Contacts to your main settings > accounts > icon right three lower points > clear local Contacts. Restart in an engine on the withdrawal of batteries > and then restore the backup of your contacts.

  It could be purely coincidental... something could have been wrong with your router as you did the update for BB. Or, it could have been caused by the BB... There are bugs in some of the oldest levels of BB10 OS that caused strange problems for people on their WiFi connections.   Does anyone else have this problem? I have a z10, overnight, I took an update (Fido), is the same night that Z10 my son is dead (Koodo).  It does not load and stops just after the BB screen. My son's phone is around the age of 12 months.  It seems that these phones are now available, I'm worried because mine is coming to the 12-month anniversary.

  Got my 1st blackberry(9300 3g).

  Need to know is that any os update available for my handheld.

  No doubt there is an agreement between RIM and the carriers that determines how a version of the software was released.

  I then uninstalled DTM and then deleted all the other references to BB/Rim in Windows Explorer, thus eliminating the operating system for the BB to the computer in order to ensure that the version I want to reinstall a new version uploaded.

  If the PC does not recognize the BB, you connect via the USB cable. Then remove the battery from the BB.
  With the battery pulled, connect the BlackBerry to the USB connector, and as SOON as you see USB - PIN: UNKNOWN, click Next. You must be quick. From there, you can put the battery in (make sure that you install the battery or else when completed the update of the OS and the device disconnects from the computer to restart, it will lose the power supplied by the USB connection and you will get an error and have to start all over again!).

  If you don't get it right the first time, try again (debrancher unplug the USB, remove battery, connect and click next while USB - PIN: unknown shows). You must be quick and the timing is key, so it may take you three or four attempts.

  To erase all data on your BlackBerry device, follow these steps.

  (4) make sure that DTS is closed and plug in the BB to the computer via USB

  Leave it again for 10 minutes. You should now have a fully functional BB!

• Update blackBerry OS Q10 10.1.0.4181 - no longer have a mobile network connections

  I have questions after I tried to update my BB Q10 on 10.1.0.4181. I received a notification that there is an update of the device software, so I made a backup of my Q10 with Blackberry link before the update. When I did the update, I do not unplug my phone from the power source, restarted and has been blocked on the blackberry for a couple of hours logo. I tried to turn it off, and it wouldn't so I did a battery pull. Unfortunately, I didn't know that you shouldn't do BB10. I don't know if this is the cause of the problem, but now I can not connect to the mobile network. When I go to network connections, it doesn't let me turn it on. Depending on the settings of my phone, I always the old version of the software, as well as the update has not yet taken. Please, can someone (in other words) tell me what I need to do? I would have preferred not to lose everything on my phone and I know that the Blackberry link backups can be summary.   I thought about it. I suggest to anyone that they do not do the update live, but rather to connect to the Blackberry link on your laptop computer and load the update there. I Redid the update via Blackberry link and now my phone is back to normal.

  I took in the AT & T store, and even though I have the insurance of the goods, the deductible for a replacement of torch (which they were more than happy to help with) was $ 199!  And with 4 more months on my contract for 2 years, I can't simply upgrade to a new BB... or other phone besides.

  Help or suggestions on the LOOP would be greatly appreciated!

  There are two methods for recovering for you to try:

  One:

  • Open Blackberry Desktop Software & connect your device with the PC using the USB cable, without inserting the battery.
  • You have three Retry option, update or cancel, and then click Update.
  • Once it is at the stage of the "initialization of pocket" update, then insert the batteries.
  • If this does not work, and you get stuck on the safeguarding of social data feeds, go to the second method below.

  Second:
