• How to uninstall a program that is not in the category 'Programs' from the Panel control?

  The program I'm trying to uninstall is a game called 'Purble Place' and it was already installed in my computer. I want to uninstall it because it seems to me a bit too childish and not very interesting.   It would be prudent to remove entries from the registry and the values for Purble Place. It doesn't hurt also to them to leave because they don't refer to any program since you already have you have already uninstalled the software.

  I need help on the extraction of repository of grid control. My database of the Grid control is 10.2.0.5 on Solaris 64-bit.
  In grid control, there is a report in the reports (installation of Enterprise Manager-> Agent information) tab that displays the status of all agents configured. I have the similar requirment but I will be filtering based on certain criteria and other factors, so I need a query sqlplus to extract information from the repository grid agent base of databases.

  GetLabelFromIndex is located in the index help online, and you can also find it in the Search tab. I don't know if that's what you hear.
  If what you mean is to ask how you would be able to find it if you have not already know his name, then I agree that just by typing keywords in the "search" tab is probably not the best idea. What could have done is to go to the section of the table of contents that lists all of the functions to be used with the list control, and then, look at what is there until I found what I needed. Or better yet, just start with a function with that you know works

• Removing the names from the list of my blocked with Outlook Express email sender program Version 6.

  I use Outlook Express Version 6.  I have a list of names in my blocked senders list I want to remove.  I remove them.  Then when I close my e-mail program, the names reappear in my blocked senders list.  Is there a bug in this e-mail program that does not allow me to remove a few names from my blocked senders list?  I don't want to mess around with the registry key.  Does anyone else have this problem?  Has anyone been able to remove some names from your list of blocked senders?

  If they come back, it's a damaged registry key, but it is not very difficult to fix.

  1. close OE, then in Regedit, navigate to this key:

  where GUID is the Global Unique identifier for your identity.

  2. under this key, you will find the following between subkeys
  others:

  Select the senders to block key and delete it. Publishers will be empty, but you can rebuild now.

  You can also create a new identity and import all of your messages and address book. The new identity will empty a list of blocked senders, but IMO, the registry key is much easier.

  Let me see if I can explain it properly. I usually use a motion tween and the alpha channel to fade video clips or rear. What I'm currently doing is a bland page out and the other, but it could be one of the several MCs I have essentially four "pages" for a Web site, including the services, portfolio, about and contact. I have icons in my navigation bar (which will be imported into my XHTML separately, so it can float their depending on the size of the users window). The icons need to navigate between pages and pages should fade in and out (eg. melted in the MC Services when the services icon is clicked and melted out of it and in the MC of portfolio when the user clicks on the icon portfolio). Please keep in mind that the icons and pages are in completely different fichiers.fla/.swf because I could not understand how them float in Flash after several hours of searching around online, but know I can do it easily using div + CSS in XHTML tags.

  If someone could explain how quickly "gotoandplay" a label in a file different .swf (communicate between the NavBar .swf and my main .swf) and fade out of the current MC (regardless of the page the user is currently using) before disappearing into the new page (according to the user clicks on the icon of the tool), I'm sure I could "fill in the blanks" of the rest of the AS3 and Flash I already know. The page must also melted off the page everything that there is currently on when the user click on the Hide button (located on the page in the main .swf file). There are also several sub-pages on each page (which shouldn't be a big problem if I understand the rest of this point).

  I'll use this same concept for almost all of the websites I design & develop in the future and really need to know how to do this for the current site, I'm trying. I would greatly appreciate suggestions on how to accomplish these two things.

  PS Please keep in mind, I'm not an expert in AS3, but am very computer savy and have done my share of programming in the past. I looked around for hours in line to try and fill it without using the forum, but concocted with dead links tutorials and short answers left and right. I hope I don't fall on the same thing here.

  From what I've read so far, I think I can use Tween in ActionScript instead of a motion on the timeline Tween to fade in and out of clips and think that this is the method to use to accomplish what I am trying to do. Correct me if I'm wrong well.

  You can use the LocalConnection class to communicate between different files in the web page.  For more information just Google 'AS3 LocalConnection' or search for it in the help documentation.

  For interpolation, you can use Actionscript.  AS3 has the Tween class integrated, but for control and better performance, most people will recommend you go Third party and use TweenLite (or TweenMax for a tween that is more complex than what you explained).

  The GObject class must have a property owner. I think for the objects inside a container (such as a cluster), it returns the container. The property itself probably returns a GObject reference, so you cast down to the control class to see the label property.

  I seemed to face a roadblock with how to convert binary values in ascii.

  I created this .vi to save all control values in an .ini file and call them at that time where I will carry out the .vi as shown in the file attached. Registration key to simply save the data and Cancel button discards all current changes.

  I would like to understand how to retrieve all the values of control to ASCII, so I assign to a global variable for later use. I've looked everywhere for a good reference document, and I couldn't find one that would explain my question. I would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction.
