  I understand the problem, but I don't have a solution.

  Problem: Old copies of P, N & K does not update, when I try to buy P, N & K they will not appear on the purchase but only update.

  Because they are not eligible for the update I can't update, but because I have them on the computer or in the history of the purchase, I can't buy them either.

  Older versions will not open the most recent files of my version of the iPad.  My only solution was to send me the file and then save it to the MacBook Pro, and then open them (numbers) with Excel.

  I would rather just buy the new versions, and then try to use the workaround.

  I'd appreciate any help I can get.

  Have you tried to delete Pages, Numbers and Keynote from your Applications folder?  I guess that you would be willing to do so since you want to start with them in any case.

  I have a catalog with several separate Indesign files. We created each file separately, and then I tried to create a book with a continuous pagination. Nothing fancy, just directly a number all along. I have every document assigned to automatic page numbering and automatic chapter numbering. In the book numbering options, I marked it to continue from the previous document and automatically update. I feel that should give me what I want, but it's not. Each document shows still is the number of own pages, but the first few pages actually begin with the number next to the previous document, but they aren' is relying on the other. If the previous document has 12 pages the following document begins to 13... However, if this document on page 10 is in there, then the following document begins 11.

  What I am doing wrong?

  Have you tried to change the Numbering of Page option (in preferences) for "Section numbering" (instead of absolute numbering), then in the menu of the book Launcher, choosing dialing panel update > update all numbers?

  Are you sure that you have actually selected the master page? You must double-click it, not one click. What dou read you in the lower left corner of your screen? 1 or?

  Here is a complete, tested Javascript with CS4, but it should work with later versions as well. It works like this:

  1 use the placeholder code "#" in your Master page (s) to indicate where the number of page - like words - should appear. Additional text around him and formatting etc should work just fine; You can even use something like

  In a note, you can check for a program named search protect in your control panel, uninstall a program. I suggest clicking on the column heading to sort by date (recent order, usually) in case some badware snuck off with a free recent installation, "installed on".
