  It seems that Nook close their UK operations and we are being passed to Sainsburys Entertainment instead.

  One of the conditions of the transfer is to download and install the Adobe Digital Editions software on the computer (Windows 7 Pro) then use it to "Allow" the computer and the meals, in order to download books first to the computer and then transfer them to the corner.

  I did all that, and it worked perfectly. I got an Adobe ID, ran and installed ADE, authorized computer and then allowed my Nook. I bought a book, downloaded and transferred on my Nook. All good - everything worked as it should.

  Then, I got an Adobe ID for my wife because she has a corner as well. Remember that ADE is already on the computer and the computer is already allowed, then now I connect sound Nook to allow it to his Adobe ID. ADE sees that there is a fixed unauthorized corner but the unique ID he must allow it with is mine, not hers and it won't allow me to enter its ID anywhere.

  Of course, this won't work because we have all two separate corners (now Sainsburys) accounts with different books in them and credit/debit cards to pay for them, so she obviously must have its own corner with its own ID - different is not?

  In the general case, a PDF file generated with the current version of Adobe applications, including Acrobat Pro DC, InDesign CC, CC of Illustrator, Photoshop CC, etc. should be easily open, visible and printable versions of Acrobat or Reader going back to Acrobat 8 or 9 at least and in most cases, even Acrobat or Reader 6!

  Only if you use the special security / encryption functionality might you encounter any backward compatibility issues.

  Also note that even the latest versions of many viewers no Adobe PDF can not completely and correctly supports PDF versions of common or even Acrobat!

  I just discovered a solution, well, it worked for me.

  I found it in an old post on an earlier version of digital editions.

  In it, the user has said he was missing in his Adobe ID several times and changed various aspects of his account, title, password etc.

  It does not work after the first change, but he did after a few.

  So I changed my password twice, allowed Adobe to monitor the use of the table and added a second email for verification.

  It worked and I was able to authorize my computer with the new Adobe ID.

  When you use the Customization Wizard, if you have Acrobat DC Volume series, you will need to enter the serial number in the wizard, and then press the button - grant offline Exception & off the record

  

  Note: This will work only if you have Acrobat DC Volume series and not of CEC (Creative Brightcove Enterprise) series.

  After you create the MST through the wizard, install (or deploy) the package using Setup.exe. This will ensure the transformation of the MST is applied through the installation and the user launch won't Sign In dialog.

  If you are a customer of Creative Enterprise Cloud (EAC), you need to use CCP (Creative cloud Packer) to deploy with deleted record activated in CCP. The generic steps for this are:

  (1) create the package via CCP with record delete

  (2) use DC Wizard to apply the customization in the installer of DC

  (3) install (or deploy) Acrobat using Setup.exe. This will ensure that your transformation will be applied. (Not deploying exception Deployer tool)

  (4) performance Msi CCP for deletion of registration

  (5) if necessary for the deployment of other applications of exception, run the Application deployer of Exception.

  Recording follows the AdobeID, if you want to use your corporate account (or create a new one for the liberal professions) as opposed to let your contractor to register the software.

  In the second case, you would need to use your account at home as well (unless you've created a single job counts for them).

  I have question about installing Adobe cloud the long side of the teacher / student version.  My nephew and niece both live with me, they are students.  He studied computer science and she is pursuing a graphic art or something like that.  She has a student / teacher of an older Photoshop suite version.  Our PC are as follows:

  Niece laptop (1 copy of photoshop suite installed here)

  Computer laptop nephews

  My laptop

  Nephews PC games

  My work / game PC

  Ultra powerful PC (2nd copy of photoshop suite installed here)

  If I install testing creative cloud on my laptop as I type this.  And my work / Gaming PC is powerful enough to run creative cloud as well.

  However, I have built my nephew and niece a powerful PC with processor i7, win 7 ultimate, 32 GB Ram, SSD and Raid etc.  It is used for database and modeling of the type stuff, she uses it for Photoshop suite especially anything dealing with video stuff.

  I would PREFER to install my 2nd copy of the creative cloud on this powerful PC as well.  But not if it's going to mess his photoshop stuff up.  I know when I told him I thought I'd get the new photoshop cs6 cloud, she said his class was not using the new version.  I don't know if it uses cloud stuff or not, but I know that it uses an adobe for adobe ID learn video and this who do not.  If I install this his side my apps will remember my Adobe ID and its apps store his adobe ID or will there be a conflict?

  Hi Scott,.

  Having different versions installed on the same computer should not be a problem. Adobe Application Manager will only recognize facilities with the currently signed in Adobe Id for updates.
