Historic restoration of files after restoring Win8

I just rolled back my windows 10-Windows 8 Toshiba laptop. Before the restoration, I made sure that my history folder was updated, however, when I launched the 'new' install Win8, historical files don't seen any saved files. The record is there on an external HD, but file history it doesn't as a backup. How to restore the files that I backed up before restoring?

I recently had to resett my computer after trying to go wireless, my broadband provider sent me a defective router and my laptop just crashed! I had to restore it back to factory settings and judt wondering if there is any chance of getting my pictures back and my itunes library and files?

If you have an installation clean back to factory settings, you normally wiped your hard drive clean during the process.

    You can try this program:

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/Recuva.html

Recuva is a file undeletion tool that allows you to analyze your hard drives or media cards for files that have been deleted or formatted. It presents you a list of files that have been found, as well as an assessment of their potential for recovery, a preview option, and a hex viewer to inspect the content. You can limit your search to files of a certain type (e.g. images, audio etc.) and choose between a quick and a thorough analysis approach. The program also includes a secure deletion option that allows you to permanently delete files that were found while parsing, to avoid any future recoveries.

  • Restore files after restoring the image using Windows backup

Running W7 pro 64-bit. Had the problems of virus/malware, finally restored my discs from image system, dated 2 weeks ago and then restore backup files dated Windows from yesterday.

When I go to save / restore my files, the update does not list a backup happened 2/14, the date of the restored image. When I go to manage Windows backup disk space, and then select backup period to remove the last date is 3/1, when I did the last backup. The date & time system is running with a date of 3/2.

    How can I fix it?

  • Add a temporary file after failover

    Hello
We have a configuration of Guard (10g 2 node windows 2003 RAC ASM, r2 server) data. After failover to the backup system and run some queries, I discovered the following messages in the alert log:
ATTENTION: The following temporary tablespaces do not contain any file.
This condition can occur when a backup controlfile
been restored. It may be necessary to add files to these
storage spaces. This can be done using the SQL statement:

    ALTER TABLESPACE < nom_tablespace > ADD TEMPFILE

Then I issue the following command
    alter tablespace temp_ts add tempfile '+ DATA' size 100M;

I have a few questions about this behavior:
    (1) in my old primary school, it has the temporary file. Why there is no temporary file after failover?
    (2) passage to the require also add tempfile? As we use ASM, we add a temporary file for each passage?

Thank you very much in advance.

    (1) in my old primary school, it has the temporary file. Why there is no temporary file after failover?

TempFiles must always be added whenever the controlfile is recreated. That's why they are temporary, they can be dropped and re-created at any time. Consistency of databases has no dependencies on temp. When the configuration of data protection has been initially implemented, he need to instantiating a standby and had to be done through backup. I clone data bases often and I often forget to add the tempfiles after creating a clone. This happened during the day before was originally instantiated, any tempfiles have been added. You switched to the night before and realized that there is no tempfiles.

    (2) passage to the require also add tempfile? As we use ASM, we add a temporary file for each passage?

Passage to the should not require to add tempfiles, because the controlfiles are not re-created. Check the data dictionary by selecting the name from v$ tempfile, if she comes back with no line, the database currently has no temporary file.

  • Cannot uncheck Safari preference to "Open 'safe' files after downloading".

The option to open the 'reliable' files after downloading Safari preferences (general tab) is grayed out so that the selection cannot be changed. It is currently enabled, and I want to uncheck.

Running OS - X El Capitan version 10.11.4 on a Macbook of 2015 the retina with 1.1 GHz Intel M Core with 8 GB of DDR3 memory. I applied all the updates that are available. It's a pretty clean machine all other software/applications installed - only the latest version of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Remote Desktop and Symantec's Solutions have been added.

What would make that and more importantly, how do I do if I can check/uncheck?

Remove the test and com.apple.Safari.plist file.

    Empty the trash.

    Quit all applications.

Hold down the option key and click on the "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.

Select 'Library' in the menu dropdown.

    Library > Preferences > com.apple.Safari.plist

Right-click on it and select "place it in the trash.

    Close the Finder window.

Turn it back on.    Restart Safari.

If this does not help, "put back" the com.apple.Safari.plist

Right click on the trash icon in the Dock, then select 'open '.

Right-click on the com.apple.Safari.plist and select 'Put Back'.

  • Removal of WAV files after you create AAC version in iTunes

I recently deleted about 5 GB of iTunes WAV files after their conversion to AAC files. I chose to "move to trash" and then empty the trash. When I rebooted my computer, there is about 5 GB of free storage added to my HD but not the Audio storage, which has not changed. I forgot to check the free space came as I thought it would be audio.

I tried manually deleted WAV files and they do not appear on my HD, only new AAC versions I created. I'm curious to know why the Audio storage did not change at all, even if the files are audio files and seem to have been properly removed from my HD. I wonder if they were not stored somewhere else and if so I want to make sure that they have been deleted. What worries me is that my iTunes library is 94 Go yet my Audio storage is 126 GB. I understand Garageband, etc. takes place, but the gap seems to be excessive. Please help/explain whether you have any ideas!

    Much appreciated!

You'd better ask about the way in which the information system is referred to in the forum system for your computer. If it were me, I'd be just glad if you removed 5 GB of files 5 GB have been released.  If you want more details, try a specific tool like OmniDiskSweeper: https://www.omnigroup.com/more/

  • How to let axSequenceView view the sequence file, after the opening before the race.

How to let axSequenceView view the sequence file, after the opening before the race.

I would do it differently, you do not see when running because your sequence control is connected to the requeteexecution Manager. I have two controls of the same size that sits on top of the other, one connected to requeteexecution as it is by default and the other to SequenceFileView Manager.

You can then use reminders to start execution and execution of end events in the user interface to make the control visible. It is very easy to achieve.

  • Change to save the file after 20 seconds

    Hello world

I am trying to acquire data at a frequency of 50 Hz (random numbers for this test) and send to a lower loop with an architecture of producer-consumer. I would change my saving file after 20 seconds (or N seconds) automatically.

I put a saving botton and a stop one but if I press the Stop botton, my VI does not close.

I really don't know what could be the problem.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi Lorenzo,.

the block "Dequeue Elelement" has a defined timeout value. By default, one is - 1, it will wait indefinitely the incoming elements in the upper loop. So if you stop the upper loop, the bottom will keep waiting until you press "Cancel".

  • Newbie question: how to make my program to write to another file after so many loops?

Im trying to get my program to write to a different file after 65 535 lines. First create a file to begin with, so the operator won't be necessary for the switch on? Secondly how do I change a path of file to another, some not friendly any statement? I joined my program, I'm not entirely sure what are the two roads of current file used for, is - this one to call the file and one to save?
