  Try the following.

  Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

  When you're done, shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

  Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f9 to load the default values (sometimes it is f5, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

  Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click set as default (if it is grayed out, it will be already set as default device).

  Restart the laptop again.

  Four months after buying the PC (Satellite-Z930-103) I had a battery problem. Suddenly the orange led blinking and the laptop could not be launched. Toshiba service replaced the battery and everything worked fine for about two months. Then the same thing happened again. Because I was working in China, I opened the laptop and disconnected the battery and can be used with the charger connected.

  The PC was sent to a point of service when I arrived at home, where they still indicated a battery problem and offered to change the battery. Because the warranty was expired, I had to pay for it. I refused, because the price they were charging was 300 euros.

  To the surprise... when I received it from the point of service, they have reconnected the battery and the service report said "computer does work well, no fault found '...

  Since I started my fight with Toshiba support and tried to find me a solution.   Because I travel a lot, I love the little thing but I got frustrated at the moment.

  It would be great if I'm right, and someone already had this thing resolved!

  Satellite Z930 is very nice machine designed for mobile use and I am really sorry to hear that you have such problems. I imagine that you can't find some identical threads on this forum so I hope this isn't a "general problem" with this machine.

  I am not a technician but I can't imagine this problem described has something to do with the settings of the software. In the BIOS, you cannot change a large part and in windows, there is a standard Windows power settings and several Toshiba avancΘs.
  Electronic power placed in the motherboard has a few 'standard' functions and switch automatically between battery and power running.

  I can't say for sure, but I guess there must be some problem with electronic power supply. It is not easy to say what the problem is here, and I really wonder that Toshiba service provider was not able to identify the reason why all this is happening.

  Let's see what the other members of the forum think problem described.

• GX 620 seeing orange

  Hello

  I have several GX 620 which gives me the orange light and most of the time a right diet change works.  Just came across one who's always orange flashing after replacing power supply with good diet known.  Reinstall all the power and memory, reinstall button i/o, tried without dvd - rom, floppy and non-essential plugged.  I am leaning toward a replacement of card mother/processor, but wanted to get some other entries.  This produces just enough that I'm willing to consider other options before you go the mb/proc road and find that it still does not.

  I also tried different combinations of memory sticks, one in different DIMM slots, etc.  It does not start, so I can't run the diagnostics on this subject.

  It sounds like a motherboard problem

  Try to remove the AC adapter and the battery and wait an hour. Connect the AC adapter and the battery. Now try again.

  Does this happen if with battery or AC adapter?

• Satellite A500 fresh orange led flashes in pink

  Initially using the laptop on the sector every now and then driving charge orange pink flash (power switch in 1-second intervals) and the white POWER LED also goes off at the same time.

Do I need to take it to a repair center costly repairs and if if anyone has any suggestions as to where I should consider in the area of Liverpool in Sydney.

  Sure it will be the last product of Toshiba any I will NEVER buy if it comes to the quality of their products.

  Make sure that DND is not enabled. Settings > do not disturb > disable.

  My iPhone 5 (most recent iOS) is not connected to any external device via bluetooth, etc., no headphones plugged.

  So there is no ring tone for incoming calls (vibrant works), game-apps have no sound. Dictation voice-messages does not work, the curve which shows the recognition of the frequencies is flat. But the music from the music app is normally played on the loudspreaker!

  But when I connect it to a speaker of the blutooth with a microphone, I hear the ringtone and game-music and saving messages of speech also works via the blutooth device. The same thing when the headphones are connected.

  Mode normal iPhone always think, it is connected to another Bluetooth device or something else and it's use for some acoustic out - and input - if it is not connected.

  Look at the switch at the top left of the phone. Make sure you stop sounds. If you see orange in this turnout, reverse the reverse effect.

  You have the key "secret" engaged? It is the little slider on the volume buttons on the side. If you see orange, it is engaged. Drag the opposite effect. Have you disturb not active? Settings > do not disturb.
