  Hi, I created a Captivate 7 file.  I have some text boxes on each slide.  However, when I close the file and re - open, search text boxes empty.  The text appears again when I click on the text box.  However it is visible in the film.

  As all your PDF documents are now appear as a word file, please right-click on any PDF file icon and choose ' open with... > choose default program > Adobe Acrobat XI "and click OK.

  This will open the PDF with Acrobat files only and not Word.

  Then, you can try to convert PDF into word via Adobe Reader.

• How Acrobat show 100% when it is opened?

  Asked this question today at work and I don't really have a valid answer or explanation for it.

  A colleauge in another school sends several files PDF to someone else, but when the recipient opens number them that they are not displayed at 100% to 75% and it's annoying to the recipient apparantely she has good of these files PDF sort every day (sounds pedantic I know - wish she could see what problems I have to overcome in my work as a developer...)

  I ran some tests with some other PDF files and had all sorts of sizes (75%, 200%, 148%, etc.) some came 100% but not much. I suspect that you set the default size when you actually create the PDF file, which is easy enough to do in word and other programs, but what about when you use a scanner (which is what uses my work colleauge). I was wondering if anyone out there has an answer for this because I'm a bit puzzled and frankly lazy.

  I didn't write the patch, but I just took a quick glance. I think that the "url" element has been renamed to "rsl - url" and new elements have been added as "failover-url". You can try to match this new syntax, but I don't think that this patch will be agreed due to rename it.
