I've been locked out of my HOTMAIL and there is nobody to talk with to allow me access to it. I had to sign with another user for the Live ID account, and I can't get back my regular HOTMAIL account. Someone has stolen my hotmail account.

How can I get a hotmail account completely deleted?
Two months ago, that I became aware that my Hotmail account has been hacked in to, all my contacts have received emails containing a link to a financial company of the USA.
I immediately updated the password to a much safer and advised everyone to ignore the emails.
I then changed to a G mail account, abandoned the Hotmail account and hope that the problem has been resolved.
Two days ago a lot of my contacts again advised reception of "weird" on the same Hotmail account emails - none of them opened emails luckily.
Now, I have consulted the new Hotmail account and deleted all the contact details.
How can I make sure that the address/account unused and abandoned is now completely put out of the public domain?
Find it me impossible to communicate with the Microsoft Organization to request this service.

If someone is Spoofing emails that appear to come from you then they probably never
had access to your e-mail account. Instead, they have either a copy of your contacts
list or just an email from you or one of you where you were one of the recipients. Those
could be gleaned either your computer, the computer of a friend, or hacking
any site or intercept an email on your behalf or to you (you may not be the main)
(beneficiary).Once they have this information there is nothing you can do to avoid that they don't
send usurped messages. Warn your friends that is happening and they
can be entitled to install rules such as parodies are treated as SPAM or JUNK
mail.I've even seen usurped by email that appears to be from a valid user name however

I recently had my hotmail account blocked.
I clicked on the menus of the various media and was in a hot mail page when I received an IM message and then very quickly I had someone take control away from my computer. I was told they were techincial in favor of microsoft. As they were cleaning my computer asked me to pay $99.99 for the map service, I tried to use would not work for them, I had another bank phone and Bank said that their load is displayed. My hotmail account is sending spam email.
I changed the password and it is always the case. Someone is spoofing, do not access my account directly, because there is no way that they brute forced my second password, and even if they did, there is nothing to gain by it. I scanned my computer with MSE, and it comes back clean. I frequently use ccleaner to hold all the junk mail and I perform scans of my hard drive on the complete daily.

I have 2 Hotmail accounts on my computer. Cannot access 1 of them.
I have 2 Hotmail accounts on my computer. I can't just to be able to open 1 of them. When I try to enter the other account hotmail message that appears indicates server not found. However, I have an Ipod and I can open two accounts and check my emails on it. I want to be able to open both my accounts hotmail on my computer as I used to be able to do.
