  You are right. I can think of these 2 options mentioned below.

  Option 1:

  • Create slide show widget.
  • enable thumbnails of the widget options panel.
  • Select the thumbnail > Double click on the tile and the tile will be surrounded by the red border.
  • Drag and drop it on the page.
  • Now, select the transparent thumbnail and change it as a point.

  Option 2:

  Use a composition rather than the slide show widget where you will be able to create the trigger and the tile.

  You can enable or disable the sidebar story power by "view > sidebar > History" or "Ctrl + H" (command-H on Mac)

• Icons instead of thumbnails

  

  This was requested by myself at the bottom of the thread of another person but I have no reply: in a folder a few pictures show the actual image or thumbnail under the icon.  Most of the other images show the icon itself.  When I uncheck 'show thumbnails instead of icons' all the elements turn into icons.  Then I select 'show thumbnails instead of icons' only previous pictures that were thumbnails back to that State.  The other images remain as icons and never change.  I can't find any thick between the folders to find out why this is happening.
  I also installed the Photo Corel software and that could have changed things, but I expect consistency.  And he's not here.  For example, the photo icon is image Corel Photopaint X 4 for everything.

  I was facing the same problem because I put too much video and photo files in place. Sense, too many files in the same drive (at least that's what I think, that's the problem)

  I fixed it by installing the codec from the following link pack

  And I now have the photos for several file types that those windows supports

  About a week ago Windows stopped properly building and then display thumbnails for all my photos.  I am running Vista 64 bit SP2.  I tried all the answers that I could find on the internet.  My FOLDER OPTIONS are all properly to show the pictures and icons, etc.  I also deleted and tried to rebuild my miniature database through Cleandisk and also removing the stamp (PD4) file.  Nothing seems to work.  When I open a folder to view Windows will show thumbnails for a second 1/2 approximately and then return to show only icons...  Everyone finds another fix for this?  I also tried a restore until this problem is occurred and who also had no effect.

  Make sure you have your opinion... overall set for tiles.

  Initially, I used my Z3 without SD card. Any word very well: album AND the foto widget that allows to navigate through the photos.

  -changing the location for newly taken photos on SD card

  - AND by moving some pictures of other directories-

  - AND the creation of a number of files .nomedia on these directories to make these photographs appear not not in the album, nor in the foto widget.

  foto widget displays an icon of a broken image for all photos taken prior to this change. All new photos appear in the widget and app album.

  I delete the file data and the album (in album settings - all apps) cache-.

  It does nothing (so far).

  How can I force the app/widget album to recreate its database and preview/thumbnails?

  Working solution for the following:

  Order the soft MediaStorage
  Settings > Apps > all > storage media (FROM: Medienspeicher) "App Info" > stop App

  Data deleted from the App MediaStorage
  Settings > Apps > all > storage media (FROM: Medienspeicher) 'App Info' > clear data

  Restarted the application (via MyPhoneExplorer) or by rebooting the phone.

  The process appears in the form "android.process.media" in the list of processes (not sure, I guess) android

If you reach a corner of the album or the photo images widget still not recovered, the image appears rather quickly.

  R: it seems that the .thumbnails directory still resides on the internal memory (i.e./storage/sdcard0/DCIM). This is at least the case for my phone.

  It also seems that .thumbnails files are ONLY used for the foto widget for the App album someone could confirm?

  Stop the MediaStorage process, clear data from this application and start it again again and keep visiting the widget from the album and or foto.

  Take a blank publication widget, select a trigger and do a right click on it to select same (Trigger) and reduce their size; make a square by keeping the width and the height (16 x 16 for example.). Then take the race off (check all States) and apply a radius of 100 border to make them circular.

  If you go to help > System Info in the Organizer, it will show you the way. For me, it has:

  The catalog location: Users/Barbara/Library/Application Support/Adobe/elements catalog Organizer/catalogs/station.

  But you can try pressing F5 to refresh the thumbnails before you dig.

• Thumbnails that use RAM in the first (2015.3)

  Hi, we had a problem with first (2015.3) using the RAM on PC. Whenever we display media thumbnails, first sucks all the RAM until Windows crashes (we can monitor it via Task Manager). This also happens when you link to the media and it consistent. The only work around we have found is to view the media as a list instead of thumbnails when linking to the media.  I put the max RAM for first allocation in the preferences of the memory, but it seems to make no difference. We run on Windows 10 with 16 GB of RAM installed? It's a strange question that seems to be going through all of our machines (which are still configured). Someone else has this problem? We suspect that this is a bug with the latest version of first? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

• WhatsApp will not only restore to backup photos

  Hi, I had to wipe my phone and I restored it to iCloud (ultimately what is the point of paying for it otherwise).

  My whatsapp backup was 5 GB, including the media, but when downloaded, all the older pictures of one month show a '? ' instead of thumbnails.

  I contacted the support of whatsapp and they say it's a question about iCloud saving... The thing is that if I click on the question mark, it opens in white but you can see the pictures in the small thumbnails, which makes me think not everything is lost...  Help, please!

  Were the photos you uploaded in your photo stream Whatsapp? If it were, then they don't would not have been saved as photo stream is a function separate iCloud and don't use your iCloud storage. However, pictures Photo Stream are only stored in iCloud for the last 1000 photos or 30 days, whichever comes first, then when the phone is reset, only the photos of Photo Stream iCloud are re-uploaded.

  You can have a lot more photos Photo Stream on your individual before a reset device, but once again, the photo stream (which is located in iCloud), will have only the last 1000 or the last 30 days of photos to download.

  Photo stream is not an album of archives. It's an album of sharing, with the only intention being a common source for 1000 or 30 days of photos to be stored temporarily so that they can be shared with all other devices signed on the same account iCloud.

  Hi, I'm having a similar problem but have 1 idea as to why I can't open my .mswmm file. I have two xp machines running sp3, but a pro and a home edition if it matters.

  the file.mswmm I am trying to open was created on the moviemaker version 2.1.4028.0 and it still works fine on this machine. On the xp pro machine, he is Director of windows 2.1.4026.0.

  So I try to install the movie maker 28 to my other machine I have a lot of files created with the 28 I want to be able to change on the other computer.
