  If by recycling, you hear, bring it to a recyclicng Center.   so, I suggest simply remove the hard drive from the laptop and put it in a closet drawer "or" buy an enclosure for it and connect it to your current machine as a secondary hard drive.

  However, if you average recycling, donate to an organization or a charity.  so I suggest do a factory restore on it and the process will erase the disk and restore all the origianl software he had at the time where it was sold.

  Firefox does not work more 'sessions', you see several windows running in the same process. IE runs each window in its ' own process and Chrome runs each tab in its' own process, but Firefox running in a single process.

There was formerly a command to close this window on the file menu, but who took a few versions ago. You will need to use the X in the upper right of the window to close this window and leave the other open windows.   You need a disk FULL/license to do a clean install, not an upgrade license.

  Take it back to Wal-Mart and see if you can exchange it.

  2. have you set up Yahoo and AOL accounts the Mail app?

  This happens because you are connected to two e-mail accounts.

  I recommend you to disconnect two (Yahoo and AOL) accounts with the help of the web browser. Close the web browser after disconnection of the two accounts. Now try to open the web browser and access the internet.
