As far as I know it of not possible to get in touch with engineers from Toshiba. If you have questions about the hardware or the software, you can contact the ASP (Toshiba Service authorized partner) for help. On the Toshiba site, you can find some information on this topic.

    graphics card intel gma 945 up to 128 MB.

    Recently, I updated the bios of 1.20 to 1.30 and after reboot, I lost 64 megabytes of 'graphics card capabilities.
    After bios update, my computer is much lower. Why? How can one get 128 MB of memory on my intel gma 945?

    By the way. It is possible to change any file and configure gma 945 manually up to 256 MB features? I have a lot of ram and I could use it for games, now I can use only 8 to 64 MB.

    According to some of the comments in this forum, you must contact the Toshiba service partner in your country if you have some problems with the hardware.

    I have a satellite A660 18 with built in "Realtek RTL8191SE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI - E NIC" wireless network adapter.

    When I come out of standby it is impossible to connect to a wireless network, they come to the top in the list but they just don't connect, when I run the troubleshooter it just says: "shure wireless (name) is within reach to make"the only way to solve this problem is to restart the laptop.
    Its got this problem since the day I bought it (in the pc world).

    I can not find online or on the downloads page toshiba bugfixes and after update the drivers for the wireless adapter it did not always work.
    Someone else had this or know how to permenantly fix and if not how do I contact toshiba on this subject.

    On installation of creative suite master collection cs6, the installer says "the product you want to install is not a real software from adobe and seems to be counterfeit. I teach at a University, and I bought a perpetual license for it in 2013. I installed it on my laptop then. I now have a new laptop and installed it on the new. I did not disable the old one because I need to keep at least one that works. Help Adobe says 'one license for Adobe software allows you to install an application on two computers,' which is what I do. The serial number has been validated as correct. The link 'contact customer support for assistance' sending me on this forum, rather than to a real customer support representative. Detection of piracy hits a false positive that annoys a real customer. How can I contact someone who can verify the legitimacy of my account and solve this problem? Thank you.

    Thank you. The pointer finally got someone in a live chat. They suggested that perhaps my install files were corrupt. They were not able to provide the correct hash values (which would have allowed me to check if my files were corrupt or not without having to re - download them) so my only recourse is to download some 10 GB of Adobe and see if that fixes it. I do as we speak, and meanwhile I'll go to bed.

    First, you will need to understand how to set up the dual boot. This will allow you to be able to choose between XP and 7 at startup.
    With regard to the creation of an image of Windows XP Backup there is no Windows XP software that will do it for you. You will need to look to third-party vendors for support with this issue. Thank you.

    If you are unable to retrieve your serial number and the installer through the links provided by John, you can contact customer service via chat. Cat representatives are unable to technical troubleshooting for older software like Acrobat 9, but they can get your serial number or answer questions about licensing.
