  A new set of recovery W10 media cannot be achieved in the conventional way.

  W10 will install on the C:\drive with no changes made to the recovery partition.

  What you can do after the installation of the W10 is to create an image of the installation process again once you have everything set up as desired.

  There is an image option (windows 7) to create a system in the control panel.

  Get a portable hard drive to save the system image on.  You can replace the image when you want with a newer version.

  Then, go to the Microsoft site and create a media installation/repair Windows 10 from the link below.

When I go to the control panel and try to install a printer, there is no port printer not listed and I can't add a new port.  I have connected the printer to another laptop running Windows Vista and recognized the new printer and installed the drivers and the impressions very well, but this laptop will not load the drivers.   All ports are used, and this is the reason why the installation goes through. We can uninstall these devices that are not in use and then try to reinstall the printer. Here's how:
  a. start, point to all programs, point to Accessories, and then click command prompt.
  b. at a command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:
  Set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices = 1
