  When I scan I got my photo and all white for the rest of the screen

  It has no function of machine harvest in the 8600 software. To get the exact size, you will need to manually set the size for the scans that you do. You can find the setting by clicking on the blue link to advanced settings in the first scan window. Will take you to a place that will allow you to change the size of the scanning area.   Currently, there is no way to save your new image instead of the original image. For now, you need to manually delete the original. It is however a great request! Please share with the team by typing "give us feedback" in the app menu (tap on the app icon in the upper left corner of the screen while inside the app).

  Step 1. In your operating system, COPY (and not move) the photos on the new disk

  Step 2. In Lightroom, point Lightroom to the new location by double-clicking on the folder name and select the location of the folder to update

When I try to select a region of interest (i.e. - a region of 10 x 5 pixels) and to display only in this region, a result of the size of the correct image, but with all the black pixels.  My code is attached.  I believe that the error comes from the extracted IMAQ Tetragon VI.  Since I'm not inputing options for VI, the default fill value is 0 (black). How can I modify my code to select a region and view the image of this region?  Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

  Your problem is probably with the function type cast.  The image data seem to be 16-bit.  The type cast function is not resize these data, it just clipped the high byte.  Since you're using the same reference to the image in two places, the image now refers to an 8-bit image (since that's what you type is casted to) to the time you get to the loop so the upper byte is lost.

  I just bought a Rebel T3 out of the box (not the T3i). Unfortunately, all the pictures are completely black except at the top where the picture shows the top of my shots scheduled. I've formatted the memory card on the settings normal & low & followed the installation procedures in the manual following the instructions. In addition, it happens with both the viewfinder and the LCD display screen, & the photos appear as described on my computer when I removed the memory card from the camera. I missed something? Any suggestions? Thank you.

  You use flash?

  If so, it could be a wrong sync speed (1/200 is probably the fast shutter speed more possible to use, but I have T3 to check). Even if the sync speed is correct, it is possible to the part of the block of the flash with the lens or a lens hood... even a finger in the wrong place.

  If you use does not flash, it sounds as if there might be an error with the shutter of the camera. Do you have it bought locally in a store? Can you take it back to them and ask them to test it, Exchange it if necessary? Many stores will make an Exchange if there is a problem with a device immediately... in the early days, maybe a week or two.
