How can I get the toolbar to go to the bottom of windows

My toolbar is on the side of my windows. I do not here I love it on the bottom of the windows. I tried to reset with tool on the file menu bar options.

    New computers coming often pre-installed with Windows 7 have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure.     If you are looking for an application named "Driver support", you're better if it has been removed from your computer.  You don't need third-party 'support' for drivers.  You should never pay for a driver update.
