How can I install OS 64 bit on 32-bit Windows 8?

Original title: reinstalling Windows 8.0

I bought the upgrade from 32-bit Windows $8 39.00 pro, have have added more memory to my computer, now I need to install the 64 bit version and yes the computer is 64-bit compatible, how can I do this? Thank you

4. choose the option "activate phone".

5. stay on the phone (do not select/press all options) and wait for a person to help you with the activation.
