  Short answer: you don't have. It is not a supported disc format and you risk of major loss.

  Long answer: iPhoto must have the library sitting on drive to Mac OS extended (journaled) format. Users with the library sitting on disks formatted also regularly report matters including, but not limited to, import, export, save the changes and photo sharing.

  If you move the photo library to the TC... it might work for a while, but because of the way the library is open when you change directly a file inside the library... If wireless fails, it can let the corrupt library... Some people ignore the problem... some people take care to use it for storage and run a small library for current materials on the Mac... and Exchange libraries... which is fine... as long as you don't change on the source of the network.

  Be warned... the photos are perhaps the most valuable items on your computer, once moved to the TC you have no backup and no way Time Machine can do backups of disks of backup network... so, if you're moving not the CT library... Please make continuous backups either manually... or knowing human frailty to buy a tool like carbon copy clone which is not limited like Time Machine for disks of local backup only. You will need to know where you're going for the backup of... but if it's a USB on your computer then you are simply running it the wrong way.   Photos has no tool to move photos between libraries.

  Do it manually by exporting pictures of the first library with "file > export > export original unmodified" and then import export photos and videos of the other library.  After you have verified that they mattered much, remove them from the original library.

  There is a problem, however.  You cannot move, it publishes versions between librarues, so that the changes can be reversed.  The transfer will be frozen. You can move only the edited versions or original, or both, but not as a pair of the original and the version.

  As I continued to find out what was going on, while doing a search for information on the drives, I found the original Windows program, I had, now my question is, how can I move on my C drive, while MY ORIGINAL Windows XP Home Edition causes my computer to start?  Most of the programs that I run is not compatible with Windows 7 or Vista even, and it cost me a fortune to buy all of these programs again.

If you no longer have that (or has not made a recovery disc set a utility included), contact Gateway to buy a set of recovery disks. It is normally fairly cheap.
