  CR2 does not define a raw format, it is the family of Canon raw file. All Canon cameras has its own format.

Rawfiles download in the organiser works very well and I can see the images. But when I open an image in the Camera raw I get the following message is displayed:

  

  Looks like the Organizer cannot find Camera raw or thinks that I have not paid for this...

  I reinstalled the software but the rest of the problem.
