  Adobe Acrobat 9 has stopped working on my computer and has rather shown error message indicating that there was a problem with my license agreement.   But make sure you follow the instructions on the page before you start the download.

  But Acrobat 8 Pro and Standard installers are different so pro trial version cannot be used to install and license Standard version.

  A single license for Adobe software allows you to install the software on two computers. However, you can use the software on a single computer at any given time.

  If you want to install the software on a third computer, deactivate the software on the computer on which you will no longer use the software. Then, activate the software on the new computer. Uninstalling the software does not disable it.

  You must disable the software first by going to the "Help" menu in Acrobat and choose "disable".

  You can then go ahead and install Acrobat 9 standard on your other computer and activate with serial number.
