  And then I want to filter these contacts and then extract in Eloqua.

  I know about the update rule and use this rule in the program already. Is it the shortest possible to do.

  I read somewhere that if an e-mail address is rebounded so an activity is created in salesforce. I don't know how correct it is.

  Please guide me through.

  If the email you send provenance of Eloqua, you may create a new field for her.  Just go to the internal events (in the outgoing integration area), find the 'Email Bounceback' event, and create a new call (click on the arrow next to the name of the event), update contact, map the SFDC contact ID, then the Email bounced back Date and static value for Email bounced ' E-mail sent by Eloqua bounced.  you will then be able to filter SFDC or segment according to the needs.
