  Except that I don't have this option. There is no arrow on the button install and so it installs CC always fair, 2014.

  Versions must be the same to make it work.  You will have to perhaps put the original clip in AE and when you're done, export off AE file for use in PP.

  I called customer service and they said to still use cs6 but asking me a serial number which I did not.

  Premiere Pro have no capability of DVD authoring. You must again or another program to create DVD dedicated to it.

  I believe that the license allows two machines run the MCCP but long-term, I want just a PC at home, leaving the ability to run on a laptop if necessary.

  Just download the cc Setup program and install the programs you want, if Setup detects that you are trying to install on a third computer, it will give you the option disable others.

  Disable you the software on the first machine. Then use the installation DVD or file downloaded installer that you archived to keep safe on the second computer.

  You see black because it is what is contained in the poster frame, which is the first frame of the video by default.
