I was attacked with a look of windows also although I got Trojans... I cleaned and made the control of virus, found nothing.  But I have no office, no program in my Start menu and system restore is blocked.  Now I get a renewed attack who wants me to buy xp security 2012.  It is just the icon which is xp icon.  But I dare not buy security because with my credit card isn't smart right now.

As I have already said, system restore point files are encrypted. They can't infect your computer, unless you restore your computer by using the infected restore point. You ALWAYS remove the malware, then delete system restore points. It is the removal of software malware basic 101. It is a mistake made by a lot of people. What happens if when you remove malware it corrupts or deletes a file system necessary for windows start? Number of files can be replaced by using the Windows Xp disk and boot to the recovery console, but not every user has the drive. In addition, it does not create an extra step and more wrong with having to do even if you do not have the disc. As the infected restore points cannot infect your computer, unless you use one of them to restore your computer, why not clean malware, then delete restore points? It's an easier process.

    Hi Csbhkvp1, the only way I know about pin of the slab which is not already on the page (sometimes if you zoom using Ctrl-to see all 15 tiles you could spot it) must first of all to bookmark the site you want to pin as a tile, then add the bookmark to the page.
