How convince Adobe that serial number assigned to the elements is not recognized?
I downloaded a new copy of elements and was sold. The serial number provided is not "recognized" by Adobe for the elements. So, I spent my money and I can not open the software.
I removed the two screenshots, but the problem you are experiencing is the order in which you placed is for Windows and as directed by the screenshot you try to use the product on a Mac. Where the question. Best option is to connect with the support that it is replaced or cancelled if the order is within 30 days.

My OS has been upgraded to Windows 7 at 10 without disabling the software Adobe Acrobat.

If the software title was never registered then Adobe will not have a record of the serial number.

I can't find my receipt of e-mail on my purchase of CS6 end 2012. (I had a long illness, packed things away and now experience some loss of memory) I want to start again use my CS6 and thought that I would be able to go to my Adobe account to retrieve my serial number. However, my account does not show the order or registration of CS6 under my products even if I received an email from Adobe System Incorporated, welcoming me and thank me for my purchase. Cat officers do not find the corresponding product to my e-mail and refuse to make exceptions or provide assistance to a disability or illness. They say that they must have the right email address associated with the product or a proof of purchase! Other software companies have helped me to locate the serial number by using the Windows registry and then had me answering security questions. I even offered to fix the Adobe email thanking me for buying the CS6, but they said, it would not help! Does anyone know if/how I can add the CS6 to my account and get partner to my email address? Maybe Adobe cat could help me? Also, does anyone know if an encrypted version of the serial number is indeed somewhere in the Windows registry, which make possible for Adobe to help me, if they were ready? This software was very expensive and I don't understand why they won't help me if they could.

Hello! the most bizarre thing that's happened today. I bought Lr 6 to Adobe.com / in and downloaded. At the time of installation, he asked for a serial... No. I have no Adobe. It is surprising that the Adobe staff did you not directly on the updated versions of Lr; the fact is that it is possible to update any version, starting by v1 to v6 bypassing versions between the two, and you download the upgrade even regardless of the installed version of Lr. Download, you did was very probably the trial version. It is not necessary to uninstall the copy of Lr v6 on your laptop at the moment, and if you manage to buy Lr, all you need to do are to enter your serial number purchased in the box for serial number, as found in the Help menu.

I just bought 14 elements Photoshop and Photoshop first 14 for Mac (I have an iMac OSX) and downloaded and received periodic publications related to them. But try to install it after you type the serial number, I get the message that Adobe is unable to validate the serial number. I was chatting with the support of Adobes cat, who recommended to download the two files-dog again, but with the same bad result. Can someone help me?
(1) right click on the Finder on dock icon and select the option "Go - To Folder."
(2) you will get a text box, type in below mentioned command and then press 'return './ etc
(3) it will open the etc folder, look for file named "hosts" and the same screenshot of office.
(4) double click on the Hosts file, it will open it with TextEdit.
Let me know if you see any Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?
