  Change the location in the Application Manager preferences. Some components will be however always installed on the drive root of your system. 32-bit versions are installed to provide compatibility with legacy features like printer drivers certasin, scanners and plug-ins alumni who may not seem with the 64-bit versions. That said, video applications are 64-bit only, in any case. The rest is between you and your Internet provider.

  CrisJM, no, that won't work. You must move the files in that particular folder of creative cloud itself. The only customizable option is that you can change the location of the CC folder (the one you already indicated above).

  Creative products Cloud Adobe cannot open files created in the CS4 version and the file created in the particular version is required to open this file in particular.
