  If you purchased your licenses at retail, simply write down and store the product at a key in a safe place. You can create a text file and send it to yourself.

  OK, unless you actually specify an online account to save on so it won't save for anything other than your local system.

  To access your folder "Independent contractor MWA" click the arrow next to the file name.

• My iphone 5s is not appear under devices when I sign in my Apple account online.

  Are you certain that your ID for the backup to iCloud and ID you accessed above are one and the same? (some people have multiple IDS).  Are your 5s and Mini signed in the iTunes and the App Store using the above ID?

  MobileMe was discontinued on June 30, 2012.  There is no more MobileMe e-mail.  Go to the preferences panel accounts Mail and remove any MobileMe account which is there.  That should get rid of these messages.

• What is 'save account online' (part 2)?

  I saw a very similar question on a front post dated 07/11/12 (which is 'save account online'?), but don't really understand the answer.  I use reader XI on a Mac (Mountain Lion 10.8) and when I try to save a pdf file, it shows me a drop down menu where my choices are 'i) save for an online account' ii) ' Acrobat.com' (now below) or iii) "new account...". "(not shown below).

  I just want to save on my local drive and not on the cloud (I'm saving a bank statement so want to keep private).  Even if it shows me a local folder on my computer ('taxes' in the screencap below), I still have to choose 'Register for an account online' or 'Acrobat.com '.  None of these sound like something I want to choose to save something like a bank statement.  (Sorry if screencap is fuzzy, but if you click on it a readable image / quality is displayed).

  Overall, my question is what options choose to ensure that the file is saved only locally (do not put on the cloud or web)?  Or is there another method I should use to record?

  I see, and I understand how this can be confusing. You have two choices (for the moment), or save on Acrobat.com or another account online that you would have to implement. The first element (except the online account) is not a separate option, but more than one label. It could have been implemented as a button with that even the label when you click prompt the user to select which account online to save and proceed from there. So it is not automatically save elsewhere otherwise than locally.

  I bought the option of $20 for online backup with Adobe files (although, curiously, it says that I don't have 2 GB instead of the 20, I bought), but am unable to find any option in the menu of the organizer which allows me, except the backup files to CD, DVD or external hard drive.  There is no mention of online storage.  Yet they keep advertising that it is available.  Where the option in the menus?

  Yes, you must use Albums to be able to use the online backup feature.

  The rational is that we needed a way for you to identify what should be saved and which should not. (As requested by the early detection of user of the backup feature). Rather than create another metaphor organization around backup, we decided to exploit the existing organizational metaphor of the Albums. The other thing happening that here is that sharing is based on the concept of Albums online, and sharing and backup are using the same code to keep your files in sync with your desktop files online.

  If you just want to backup everything in your catalog, simply create a new Album entitled everything (or other), he scored for backup and then everything that put you media in it.

  Don't forget that your media can be in several Albums, so all in all, does not mean that you can create still more Albums with subsets of your media.

  There are actually a number of benefits from the use of the backup/Sync feature integrated in Elements 7 on local options: (apologies for the sales pitch nature of the following)

  And, Yes, big files such as TIFF or RAW will take time to back up. But, we made the process of backup running in the background, so you don't need to think much about it. Just set up and let it run. You even don't need to have the organizer of items running. You can also set it up to only backup/synchronization when idle. This means that if you use your PC, it will not consume Internet bandwidth or processor cycles, but when leave him you alone for a bit, it will give the time in speed during your absence.
