You may have an alternative email address used to purchase the subscription.
Click on the wheel of settings which is located on the upper right of your creative cloud app > Preferences > what is the e-mail address that you see here.

I was wondering how to cancel my subscription? I thought that I signed up for just a year. Last month, I noticed to my bank that I was charged on my credit card, but did not get any notification from Adobe I was are going to be charged for another year or renewed. Honestly, I didn't know why ADOBE was charging me. Thought it might be fraudulent, since I have not authorized ADOBE or any other party to charge my card.
