  I use El Capitan 10.11.3 on a MacBook Pro. I start with a clean system. I copied my files from my backup and reinstall my programs.

  This created a problem, seeking to resolve by changing the column headings in the views of program "file-> open.

  Whatever program I use, when I open a file, the window displays currently "Date added". It is of no use to me as the "Date added" to all my files is exactly the same - date, I have copied them on my own hard drive brilliant from my backup.

  In finder views, I can opt to display "update" instead of "added". So I order the files by date, whenever this is useful.

  However, whenever I try to open a file in a program, it is impossible to find things by date, because they all have the same "date added". I need to be able to see the "change date".

  I find anywhere that allows me to change this, either in the system preferences, or when opening a specific program. Don't I found clues to aid or the forum.

  Can someone tell me what I need to do?

  Right click on the headers (if in list view) and select the headers you want to see.

  Thanks I solved the problem now, the option I was looking for that seemed miraculously in Control Panel > personalization > change theme. Then I chose the > update the theme< in="" the="" drop="" down="" option and="" applied="">

  You can work with the unrolling of view in windows Explorer. However, if you mean specifically change the size ONLY in the thumbnail view, and then I found an article in which people have found a solution.

This should allow you to select again the Vista theme in the customization of office which in turn will get rid of the classic taskbar.   You don't talk to Microsoft here. We don't send you anything. This is a support forum for peer inhabited mainly by users like you. If you make reference to the origin of the initial problem the updates of Windows, you wasted your money. All you had to do was remove the updates and then install them correctly.
   
  In regards to your current number, Craigslist wants you to use a default mail client. Yahoo is not a mail client but rather simple Webmail. You should be able to fix the problem with this workaround.

The only thing that left me speechless are all provided partitions installed on drive, thanks to a combination of everything be different on Win8, Dell make their own way and GPT formatting.  Generally, I would like to know what the devil all these partitions are for, but it is fine if it will be a slow learning process.  More precisely and immediately, I need to change the drive letter assigned to the partition of 'WINRETOOLS '.  Currently it is D:, and the problem is that 10 years from now, I'm using as my data partition D: and a number of applications, configurations, settings, etc. assume that all my files are on D:.  For example, by having all my music on D:, I can sync iTunes library and preference between machines and all results files and playlists is from a machine to another.  Same thing for my photos.  Same for a bunch of utilities like FTP consoles, sync utilities...

  In an earlier version of Windows, I would just go into management drives, right click on the partition in question, assign a different drive letter and work done.  On my machine, the WINRETOOL 2 GB partition shows not even as having a drive letter in disk management, despite the fact that it is D: in Win Explorer.  In addition, only the right click option is 'help '.  I took this option, and, despite its aspirations, it is not useful.

  How can I change this drive letter to something else?  WINRETOOLS should even have a drive letter in Explorer (some messages that I've seen indicates that it must be hidden)?  If I change the drive letter, which will break its function, whatever it is?

  My machine has a 500 GB of rotating disk that has all of the above partitions.  I shrunk the 80 GB C: partition, to create a data partition.  I've not yet formatted the unallocated space I want to solve this WINRETOOLS thing first.  Finally, there is a 32 GB of SSD that I put in place as a cache of the Intel Smart Response, and it is no longer visible to the operating system.

  At the command prompt, type the following and press "enter":

  mountvol D:\/d

  Close the command prompt.

  Drive D: letter should now be available and not used.

  You can't just drag them anywhere, but you can sort them by the date that they were taken with the camera absolutely.

  Right click on an empty spot, choose "sort by" and choose "Date."
