How do I embed a file in an e-mail message in Windows Live Mail?

I use Windows Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331). I know that some e-mail regularly programs strip attachments. So, is it possible to integrate a file in the body of an e-mail message.

Thank you.

You are welcome. Anyone or any company can define it program does not accept attachments by e-mail, but is not the default e-mail program.
