  This installation of creative cloud of Lightroom should be uninstalled. It cannot be activated with the serial number you have. You can download the trial version of one of these two sites and activate it with your serial number:

  Adobe - Lightroom: For Windows: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1

  Adobe - Lightroom: For Macintosh: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1

  You will not lose the work you have done using the trial version. In the future, then of the validation of the questions it would really help if you could identify your operating system and other relevant information computer.

  If you install on a single computer, you can go ahead and install it on the new given that you are allowed to have installed on two computers.

  If you have already installed on two computers you must disable it in the old program first, and then you can install it in the new computer.

  If you have installed on two computers and cannot turn off (bad disk hard e.g.), you can contact Adobe and let them turn off all your computers, then you can install it on the new computer.

    If it was purchased on a physical medium you want to re - install from the disc, it came. Otherwise, if this is the latest software, you can download the demo version of the Adobe.com site and then save it with your product key, which you would be obliged to always have on documentation or are enrolled in your Adobe account where you can retrieve it by connecting to Adobe.com.

    It's probably also a good idea to disable the software on the old machine if you won't use it.

    It's one of the real benefits of registration of your software with Adobe and direct purchase with digital download, you will always have easy access to your software installers and product keys.
