  To install Sierra, go to the Mac App Store, not iTunes.

  Open the first tab, 'Star' of the App Store, type "Sierra" in the search field, and it will show you the download.

  Install from there.

  There is an immediate solution that should get the installation program will:

  If your computer came with Windows 7 preinstalled originally, most likely your computer lacks UEFI because computers that came with 8 preinstalled Win and were supposed to be win 8 certified had UEFI + active SecureBoot.
