How do you feel about starting at a size of HD and standard def export?

Hello

I have to build animations of EI. I need them in a month and we may or may not have blu - ray players in a month. It is 'OK' to build this resolution high definition, then export it simply to 720 x 480 if we still use standard dvd readers in a month? Are there problems that I should know about it?

It's a good idea to build projects for the maximum size of frames you'll ever need them, but scaling down of 1080 full HD weenie 480 NTSC may introduce tons of objects especially if you go from one format progressive production output interlaced. All the elements that are 12 pixels high can become, what, 5.5 pixels? Who's going to buzz. Trajectories of moving objects are strangely confused when converting to a 16 x 9 to 4 x 3 space, even with the black stripes.

We often work in larger sizes of chassis as the final result, but for other reasons. I usually hold 1 to 1 pixel without any scale but only I use a small portion of the greatest movie in the small window of production.
