How do you get dismiss dialog boxes?

Hello

I recently had to reinstall InDesign CS6 ME.

It used to be that pressing enter (return) to little about any what dialog box

would be the equivalent of a click on OK.

Now, pressing enter does nothing.

I have a vague memory of putting something in the keyboard

Shortcuts to allow this, but it's been so long that I had

to reinstall InDesign that I don't remember what it might be.

Suggestions welcome!

Thank you

Ariel
