I assumed that I could install Firefox on the new disk and import my favorites from the old installation of Mozilla on the old disk. I can't find the files on the old drive with my favorites. They're still here, or when I reinstalled Firefox, I lost everything even if it was on another drive? I can't find the backup on the old disk files and want to restore my old favorites. Is it possible to do this?

  You must find your profile folder in the old drive, the way in which must be:

  1. First display the hidden files and folders:

  2. Then go to:
     • < old drive >: \AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles \Users\ < username >
  3. Enter in your profile, and then enter the folder bookmarkbackups .
  4. Copy the latest file from json (backup of bookmarks)
  5. Then restore from them:
     • Restore backup bookmarks or move them to another computer
