  I'm trying to center the content of a webpage both vertical than horizontal to be in the middle of the page.

  For horizontal, I have:

  margin: 0 auto - 142px;

  that works but vertically, I tried:

  top of the margin: auto;

  low-margin: auto;

  body and #container but no go... Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

  Horizontal centering is easy.  You are just 3 things:

  (1) a document valid type

  (2) width in pixels or percentags container

  (3) set of margin-left and margin-right to the car.

  The true vertical centering is a bit of a problem and not often found on HTML pages.  It limits what you can do with the page, so I do not recommend this for an entire web site. See the link below.

  I think I'm exactly as shown. I work with the rules and guidelines. My goal is to start from the upper left corner of the document (white Virgin) and drag the horizontal and vertical guidelines at the same time. Then I press Ctrl + R to hide the ruler guides, use the black arrow to select the guides that intersect (they turn blue), and align the center of vertical positioning. They should then be centered horizontally and vertically, but they disappear completely. I rebooted HAVE him, but that did not help. Kindly help, if I'm having trouble with this... Geez!

  I experienced this with someone a few months ago, and we understand that they are no longer work as expected. After that you align the guides by following the steps you sketched out, zoom all the way (control-) until you can see the full editing table. They are way out of your sight.

  As an alternative, until it works again, note the height and width of the artboard and divide by 2. Use the numbers that result to position the guides manually.

  Set the align of af: column in the Center, it aligns the header and the data at the same time in the Center, if you only want the header to the Center, the inlineStyle value ' text-align: left;' in addition to the align property

  I made a bar of simple navigation at the bottom of a site that I am building and had it centered horizontally and vertically.  When I pulled the top of the page now the text is completely to the left and I had no problem with him the day before.   Sorry fot the inconvenience - part of the webcamsubscriber, we made a few changes to the layout system, in order to make them easier to control. So it is perhaps not as good in guessing the page layout that you want to automatically, but you will be much more easily able to force them to do exactly what you want.

  Here is the new property added to webcamSubscriber:

  usersPerRow:int[read-write]

  
  

  Specifies the number of the user to display per line in the webcamsubscriber videos. Once the number of videos to display exceeds this number, a new line is created with videos of excess. By default, 4. For a horizontal long band, this game at a high number - to a vertical strip, put on a low number.

  For your case, simply set usersPerRow to 1, so this will lay vertically.

  I have a form of the screen with two editFields and a button. I want to do is make them one under the other in the middle of the screen, appears as in this photo:

  

  I tried to use 3 HorizontalFieldManager with

  Manager.

  FIELD_VCENTER.  inside a VerticalFieldManager created with Manager.USE_ALL_WIDTH style, but the fields will appear on the top of the screen and they take the entire width of the screen.

  As the Senior Manager of your screen is VerticalFieldManager (you use screen, are you not?), it will ignore (understandable) flags the child fields FIELD_VCENTER. However, it will honor all horizontal alignment as FIELD_HCENTER indicators. However, FIELD_HCENTER not play with USE_ALL_WIDTH, so drop it. HorizontalFieldManager does not honor FIELD_VCENTER his children - you will use it to take advantage of this fact.

  This may seem a bit complicated at first, so I'll give you more details:

  (1) create your screen with the explicit NO_VERTICAL_SCROLL style bit (important!)

  (2) add a HorizontalFieldManager(USE_ALL_WIDTH |) USE_ALL_HEIGHT) on the screen--let's call is bigHFM

  (3) add a VerticalFieldManager(USE_ALL_WIDTH |) FIELD_VCENTER) to bigHFM - we will call this new bigVFM Manager

  (4) create a HorizontalFieldManager (FIELD_HCENTER) - Let's call it firstRow - and add it to bigVFM

  (5) in the same way, create a HorizontalFieldManager (FIELD_HCENTER) called secondRow and add it to bigVFM

  (6) add LabelField ("Label 1") and a text field to firstRow

  (7) add LabelField ("Label 2") and a further edition in secondRow field

  (8) create a ButtonField ("Button", FIELD_HCENTER) and add it to bigVFM

  (9) to run the application, look at the screen, change the borders of fields if you want and enjoy!

  P.S.: Although Field.setMargin is documented in the 6.0, it works like that since at least 4.2.0

  Just download the sample application provided by Jari, upload it to your environment and use it to tabular form (as classic and as a report for the most use of the same model, i.e. the Standard). You can see the working example as well.
